Luxury Bath of West Texas

She came to my home in order to give me a price on finishing some work that another contractor had started but bailed on. She was very nice but the price was just too high for the quality of the work. I told her that I would have to discuss with my wife which annoyed the estimator greatly. After a few days she became more aggressive and I told her point blank that they weren't reviewed well and were just too expensively. At this point she became very snide and disrespectful.

It went GREAT !!! They were in and out in two days. They tore out my (Marble Works) tub and shower which was 5 years old and fading. They tore out the sheetrock and replaced it with new waterproof sheetrock ( I know it has a technical name, but I don't know what it's called)My installer (Stephen) was so helpful and very meticulous with his work.

The Luxury Bath employees were professional, and finished in a very short time. They cleaned up all the mess and left my bathroom sparkling. I was very pleased with their work.

They leave all the work to laborers-while touting the plumber is a master plumber You wont see him.

1 - kept trying to charge extra for things that were included in original bid. 2 - was supposed to start on 18 and end on 25th. Actually started work on 16th and would not show up till 10 and quit at 3 so were not through by 25th as promised. 3 - had to call them back out numerous times to finish small details. 4 - still not finished with details, ex: they caulked my storm window open, horrible caulk job on outside of tub, did not caulk tub to floor.
