Called them on the 2nd, left a message, no phone call back, called back on Friday on the 5th, left another message, and told him that if I do not here from by next week to disregard it, I still have not heard anything back from him.

The new light did not fit where the old light was so he moved the new one, patched a painted and did an excellent job!

I am very satisfied. He was able to start out with a minor job and it turned that there was more damage from dry rot. He was able to go ahead and give me a good price. He completed the job in a reasonable amount of time. The price was reasonable.

I called and left a voice message and even sent an e-mail. When I heard nothing for a couple of days, I even called back. I finally got hold of a person who informed me that the e-mail address they had listed was "an old one, but he looks at it once in a while" and that she would have him look at it. She then said she would pass on the information to the boss and I would hear back that same day. In short, NO ONE CALLED ME BACK. Nor was my email replied to. Very unhappy with the lack of response.

Provider lives and works in Midland and does not work in Odessa. He was perfectly pleasant and polite, but I thought it was worth updating with that note for anybody looking for someone. Said he used to work in Odessa but has been too busy lately.

Wonderful-great job! Definitely great handyman and very reasonable! The service was just fabulous as he responded immediately And showed up very quickly!

Prompt and professional

The whole process went very well. I called and told him I needed the attic ladder replaced and I needed a new master bedroom door replaced. I also wanted the door to be stained the color of the other doors in the hall. He explained he was working on another job and it would take about a week or two to start the job if I agreed to the estimate. We set up a day and time for him to come by and look at the job to give an estimate. He e-mailed me the estimate later that same day. I accepted his estimate and asked him to start as soon as he finished the other job. He was good to his word and started the next week. He did everything we discussed and in a timely manner and for the amount estimated. He was easy to communicate with by phone and also e-mail. I would definitely recommend him and use his services again in the future.

He worked very hard to figure to figure out the fixture. He fixed it all and did more small jobs. He was on time and professional the entire time. He was able to squeeze me into his busy schedule. I plan on using him in the future.

Mr. Kelly set an appointment to come out to install the line for the ice maker which was a great time for me. He informed me what he was doing and did the work. Very polite and will use him again.
