Description of Work: I left a couple of messages and received ZERO responses from them. No call back, nothing. So, overall, since I didn't use their services, I'd fail them for simply not responding as a business should. It's also a fail for professionalism as a professional would have at least called back.

+ 0 moreTHE INSTALLATION WENT WELL UNTIL ONE OF THE WINDOWS THAT I HAD ORDERED WAS NOT DELIVERED UNTIL 4 DAYS LATER. NOW HE WILL NOT ANSWER HIS PHONE OR HAS NOT CALLED ME BACK TO FINISH THE JOB.
Description of Work: HAD COMPANY INSTALL HARDI PLANK AND 3 WINDOWS ON MY HOUSE. I HAVE A SMALL HOUSE AND SHOULD NOT HAVE TAKEN BUT THE 2 DAYS HE WAS OUT AT MY PROPERTY.

Description of Work: Showed up at 10:30 or later. As job progressed, workmanship decreased. Painted exterior and promised the best work available. Did not prep properly. Painted over rotten wood instead of replacing as promised. Painted over dirty area and did not sand or prep. Job included refinishing my kitchen cabinet with sanding, stain, and 2 coats of finish. They oversprayed my terrazio floor, stained over holes instead of repairing, finish feels like sandpaper. Did not request their final payment. Will not come to my house for a final walk thru. Will not return my calls. They have ruined my cabinets. I am going to take them to court.
