Description of Work: They replaced a roof on our house and did a super great job. Very punctual and professional. They cleaned up after each shift and the end results were great.

Description of Work: Professional, very prompt, easy to work with, and they charged less than the original bid. I would use them again in a heartbeat! We even had to have some carpentry work done and they took care of the third party arraingements which made it a lot easier for us!

+ -1 moreThe workers showed up early and removed all shingles in one day, and showed up early the next day and put on tar paper and new shingles. Work was finished in record time! (Sloppy, and poorly done, and the guarantee was worthless!)
Description of Work: Took off old roofing from house and storeroom, none of the workers could speak English to communicate any problems. Put new roof on both in two days time.. Made contract for higher grade shingles than what they used, and tried to be careful not to leave shingle wraps around, however I did gather a few to prove they used poor grade shingles. Roofing on the house wrinkled, folded, and wadded up all around the house. They came back one time and fixed some but not all of the wrinkling. The back porch leaks so badly that all the sheetrock has crumbled and is hanging down. They promised to return to fix the leaks and replace the rotted sheetrock. Not only did they NOT return, the owner/manager yelled at me on the phone when I called to ask them to please return and finish the job! He insisted that my husband should do it!

+ -1 moreThe shingles were dropped off the day before and the crew was there the next morning early. They finished the job on time and cleaned up before they left. They were professional and I would not hesitate to use them again.
Description of Work: My roof was damaged in a hail storm and had to be replaced. They removed the old roof and replaced the felt and shingles.

+ -1 moreJ & W was the only company able to meet the very short deadline to completely replace the roofing and all vents prior to closing on the house. He had crew of 6-8 workers on site as planned, removed and replaced all contracted roofing and vents. Excellent response and great work. Some annual plants were injured by falling roofing, but all shrubs and trees were covered and protected. Work was invoiced upon completion.
