Very professional. Good experience.

The job was done professionally and successfully. My house had been treated twice before (in a period of six years) by other companies whose treatments did not stop the infestation nor keep it from coming back. I knew enough from those failed attempts to ask the right questions and observe Mr. Hufford's work. He answered all my question and gave me information about the process which I did not know. His office staff, Pam, and helper, Michael, were professional and courteous. Will I do business with this company again??? YOU BET I WILL!!!

This company was recommended to me by another company that did not do termite treatments. I spoke with John, the owner of the company and explained that I had a house that was for sale that had previous termite damage, we had a previous whole house treatment when we moved in for the damage, but now the buyer wanted a spot treatment just in the area of the previous damage. He was so nice. He went out that day and looked at the previously damaged area and said they could do the spot treatment the next day. I later called to cancel and then called again to ask him to go ahead and do the treatment due to issues with the sale of the house. John was very patient through all of this. He still was able to do the treatment the next day even with all the run around that I gave him. The spot treatments start at $300.00. Mine was small, so that is what I paid. I had been quoted $325.00 by a larger company. I would highly recommend Hufford's Pest Control. If I ever have any bug issues at my new (old) house, I will definitely be calling them.
