Provider was initially responsive, but failed to contact us back with a service estimate. We waited a week for his promised response and then contacted him. My assumption is that he decided to drop the project and didn't think it important to provide us the courtesy of letting us know. It certainly makes me unlikely to contact him again.

The bathroom adjoining the master bedroom was the most difficult of the two because when the house was built in the late 80's it obviously was not built to code. In other words the toilet was mounted about 7 inches too close to the wall. Eddie had to practically re-do the whole drain, etc. in order for the new toilet to fit. That was an unexpected expense but one that was necessary and it of course was not included in his estimate because he did not know he was going to run into that problem. But the whole process was completed on schedule. The first bathroom was a complete surprise because he and my daughter collaborated on the design and the color scheme. It really "popped" as Eddie is fond of saying. He gutted that bathroom and found another unfortunate "surprise" when he removed the fiberglass tub. The old tub was sitting only on a mound of dirt, another shortcut taken by the initial builder/contractor. Eddie to the rescue yet again!!! He poured a foundation for the installation of the new bathtub. I have some other "house doctor" issues that need to be addressed and I will be hiring him and his assistant to take care of them. I highly recommend him and his expertise in the contracting field.

Last time I used him, I asked him to make my small front yard/patio ready for an estate sale and then listing. I had asked that it be cleaned up and looking picture perfect. The yard was mowed, a plant coming up by the patio wall was cut off but not removed, and mulch was placed in a flower bed without removing grass first. I expected the yard to be edged, (this is a very small yard) grass removed from flowerbed and mulch added, patio swept or blown off and grass weed-eaten from slab in front of yard and along edge by drive....about 2 hours of steady work for $75.00 Note: when his Dad accompanies him, the work done is excellent. Again, this is a really sweet guy. When you use him, just be available to be sure the work he does is what you want, he will do it if you are there to tell him. I think the issue here is younger generation work ethic vs. old fart work ethic. ;) He will mature into a fine yard man in time.

He was prompt, gave me a good price and he didn't over charge like some handymen do. He did a good job, was friendly and professional! I normally go with handymen thinking they will be cheaper than a big company but 99% of the time they are about the same if not more than a bigger company, but Eduardo gave me a fair price!
