Five Star Movers

Was told the mover would show up at 8 am. They didn't arrive until 9 am. Three people showed up and they were completely disorganized--you would have thought this was their first moving job. One person kept complaining of being sick and was moving very slow and not contributing anything at all. So I called the owner and had him come take his employee off my property. When the owner showed up all of a sudden this person is feeling better. I had one sectional sofa, sofa table, coffee table, 2 book cases, a desk, small dining room table and 4 chairs, queen bed, dresser drawer, and a night stand. It took these 3 guys and the owner 2.5 hours. to load and unload the furniture. the only reason I hired anyone was because they i couldn't find any help with the heavy stuff. They broke my light switch in the apartment moving stuff out and didn't have the decency to tell me. i found it when i did my final walk through on the apartment. The owner bought me a light switch and said here you go. I looked at him and said, I'm not an electrician so if you want me to fix this myself I will hire an electrician and this will come off the money I will pay you. All of sudden he knew how to fix a light switch. They lost the wheels to my bed and kept trying to tell me they must be at the apartment. At several times during the loading I had to tell the other two guys to stop standing around and start loading stuff. It was so bad at one point I started loading things up into my own truck like chairs and other light stuff I could get. This company is definitely not worth the money
