D & D Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning

They showed up on time and the job took the arranged period of time. They stole tools from my garage. They left trash everywhere. They did such a poor job on the install rather than have them try to correct it I hired another contractor to fix it. They sell good equipment but the installers did very poorly to say the least. I will never call them again for anything. I had another bid and they were the cheaper of the two. I spent the money I saved having to hire someone else to come behind them and reinstall the system. VERY, VERY dissatisfied.

I used to use this company all of the time for my plumbing air conditioning / heating needs. When work was done it was done well. However the last two times they have come out, once for the hot water heater and one for the AC. Both times they told me that these items needed to be replaced. Both times we decided to get a second opinion and both times the other companies that we called repaired the items in question. The same hot water heater that they recommended replacing is still going strong two years later. It has been almost two months since another company repaired the AC unit and it is still working. Maybe D&D recommendations were what they thought needed to be done, but I have to question them since it appears that other companies felt that my hot water heater and AC could be successfully repaired. Again D&D has done good work for me in the past, but I would use caution and seek a second opinion if they recommend replacing something.

He did everything good. I had him come out and check something later but it turned out to be minor. They come right away whenever you call them.
