 + -1 moreMr. Cooley is great. He does all the residential services himself. He very good to provide you sound advice and give you his honest opinion even if it cuts down on the work he would do for you. Bottom line is he won't try to sell you something you don't need. Another plus is I don't ever think I have ever waited more than a day and a half for him to come over and he will call he he gets free sooner. The only reason I gave him a good on price is just the current market, but I have learned the hard way, you get what you pay for. He never leaves a mess,I recommend him highly
Description of Work: Checked the freon in my compressor and cleaned the coils on my inside unit.

 + -1 moreThey did a very nice job and did it quickly. Their price was reasonable and they were very prompt. They forgot to give me the Angie's List discount. I called them up and had a check in the next day's mail for the difference.
Description of Work: They replaced the tub cartridge and tub spout. They also installed a new faucet on the sink and replaced some of the piping.
