 + 0 moreOn the tile: they did a very good job. They had to come back and fix some issues, because some grout started to crumble a few weeks after they installed them. They came back and fixed the issues. The tile is beautiful. Tammy, the salesperson, came to the job site twice a day, every day. I was very pleased with that. On the baseboards: I was assured that the job would be started during the week of September 2, because he was going on vacation. They did not start on the job until September 26. They kept putting me off. My biggest complaint is that they were never here when they said they would be. They would show up late, and then go to lunch. It was like that every day. I was living in chaos this whole time. They took two weeks to install the baseboards, even though they told me it would only take a week. We had to cancel our vacation twice during this process, which was really irritating. The baseboards are stunning, and they sent me a beautiful plant, thanking me for my business. That was very nice. Tammy did come out and apologize that it was taking so long. I would give Tammy all A's.
