Description of Work: Constant delays waiting on work to be done. Still waiting on some shelves to be installed, and baseboards painted. Was not given advanced notice on some projects that required my presence and had to cancel 2 concerts I had very pricey tickets for. They did not plan for electric outlets, so had to come back & put some in. They didn't work, had to wait several days for that to be fixed. Cabinet builder did not build the cabinets I wanted, that had drawers inside the doors in kitchen. He said he understood when we discussed prior to construction. Now I'm having to buy my own drawers to put in the kitchen cabinets, costing me around $500. I asked for cabinets in my closet to store linens, etc. I got a built-in dirty clothes hamper. Basically this construction was well done, but the communication between the contractor and his Mexican workers was non existent. No hablar Engles!"

Description of Work: Provider did not live up to commitments. When contacted about issues with workmanship, we were told he'd send someone over. That was months ago, and we are still waiting. Very disappointing to have new construction that leaks (and the ceiling is breaking up as a consequence) brick separates from other exterior surfaces, damaged fixtures still not replaced as represented, etc.
