+ -1 moreContractor was real friendly and sounded knowledgeable about what I was wanting done, but once they started work it was plain to see they didn't have the skilled employees to do the project. Paid $10,000 up front for materials, on a $30,000 project and contractor quit after doing approximately $6000 worth of work. Ended up having to hire another contractor to finish the job. Contractor would not refund my money.
Description of Work: Rebuilding fence around backyard and pouring slab for carport.

We got 4 quotes - one was unreasonable (mroe than double the others -we have left a review for that company separately). Out of the 3 reasonable quotes, Ryan was the highest.
