They tried to repair the oven, but the parts were no longer available, so they had to purchase a new oven and install it. They purchased it because it was under home warranty. One of the reasons we keep renewing the policy is they're so good and so prompt and knowledgeable. I don't see any reason to go anywhere else. They were prompt and courteous and knowledgeable.

They're our home warranty people. We've had to use them several times on minor plumbing issues. It was excellent. It was pretty close to the water softener and the water heater. They were fast, prompt and courteous. They're knowledgeable on what they need to do and get it done quickly.

It was a $60 callout fee. There is always room for improvement, but I've been thoroughly satisfied. Every time I call, they're very prompt and they get right on the problem. They're very courteous and very knowledgeable. I find the prices very reasonable. So, if they can improve on that, I would be glad to hear that they can. I just recommend that they keep doing the good job that they're doing.

It has been working good, just occasional, came three times in four years, that's pretty good I thought. They're very good, very fast, very efficient, very knowledgeable and reasonably priced.

They are very professional and do a quick clean and very good job. They replaced all the underside of my roof overhand and the edging on the outside of the house. The old soffit and fascia were aluminum and they replaced it with vinyl coated and it looks beautiful. Several years ago, American Home Improvement replaced all of my wood windows in the house with the insulated windows that fold down with cleaning. This was twelve 3' x 6' 12 pane windows, one picture window and two double windows; they did a wonderful job with that (even cleaned all the windows inside and out when they finished) at a cost of around $10,000. Because they did such a nice job, I called them again this year to do the overhang. I have no complaints at all...they are a bit pricey...but they do a fantastic job.

They were prompt and professional. The quality was not top of the line but close. I have neighbors who complained about their Anderson windows and doors. AHI used a product that was not well known but is working great. I would recommend AHI.

We've always had those lovely windows, I've used them a lot. They gave us the best offers, and the best quality for the money. They were professional, they knew what they are talking about, they knew about each different products they had, and they really did helped us figure out what type of window, would work out for our home. They were dressed nicely and professionally, they were very courteous. I think it's Willy, he is so good at what he does, and he truly cares, he came and checked on the job when they were putting the windows in, and he wasn't a stranger, he came and he followed up, he was a great guy. They have such a strong work ethics and perfection kind of ethics, they really do supply good product and good work, they are willing to work hard and do things right and if by chance it isn't done exactly right, they'll come back and fix it.

They did as promised and done it fast. They were well appearing and professional. They are somewhat more expensive than some but after my experiences as of late I know you get what you pay for and I am well pleased. I would recommend them to my family.

Materials were appropriate for construction, very sturdy. Pergola was built to accommodate area for a great fit just where we wanted and needed it for shading purposes.

The Re-Bath unit installation went very well, even with a few normal glitches along the way. After the unit was installed I changed my mind about the wall surround for the unit. Originally, I wanted to install ceramic tile. However, after some thought along with input from Heath at A.H.I., I decided to have them install the manufactured wall tile surround designed for the unit. That was a very wise decision. The unit installation required some serious modifications to the sewer connection. Their in-house plumber did a superb job of taking care of that problem and the connection of the water supply lines. After the unit was installed, one of their trim guys took over and did a fantastic job of trimming out the whole thing. It looks great and I make a point to show it off to anyone who comes to visit. All the trim molding work in the kitchen and hallway was done beyond what I expected. Very high quality work. By the way, the work of tearing out my old bathtub and preparing for the new unit was really neat to watch. Imagine using a sledge hammer to literally bust out a cast iron tub. Then, in order to bring the Re-Bath tub into the bathroom, part of the bathroom wall which opens into the hallway had to be literally cut out after removing the door molding. They restored the cut-out as if it never happened. Believe it or not, through all the above, not one ceramic floor tile was cracked or even scratched and not one scratch on the cabinet fronts or the fake marble counter top. I'm not kidding, these guys are good. Yes, their product is a little higher priced than maybe going to a big box store, buying a generic unit and paying someone to put it in. BUT, consider this, all the men I observed doing my job knew their job and knew how to do it right. If you want cheap, then buy cheap. That's what you will get. But, if you want it right, then be willing to pay the price to have it done right, plus the very attractive warranty which came with my unit. You may ask if I am happy with my Re-Bath walk-in tub. Happy doesn't even begin to describe how much I have enjoyed it in the months since it was installed. It has been a literal life-saver for me. My only regret is that I didn't do it sooner.

Mr. Martin came out to give me an estimate, he was very courteous and the price was competitive. They removed all the old wooden windows and installed replacement windows, along with new shutters in less than 2 days. They did a wonderful job and even cleaned all the new windows inside and out.

The windows look great, you get what you pay for and the services were good. They even replaced the ones that were cracked. They custom make their windows and they did a great job.

We called Kelly as committed. Long story short - he did not keep his word that he told us initially. Then the owners wife, Karen Martin, sent me an email describing what what we, the customer, "misunderstood". She was not present when Kelly was here, nor did she call to have a discussion and hear the customer side. Not wanting to deal with this conflict on a Saturday, I let her know she had not talked to me and some of her facts were incorrect. I offered to speak with her during the regular work week if she wanted to discuss. She said "ok" but never has called I almost didn't call AHI initially because of how Karen responds to customers who aren't happy. Anyone can take emails and make a trail appear as they want. I choose to see that as her pride in her team and work. However, as a consumer, it's not about being right - it's about getting a quality company to do the work at a fair price. If this resembles your approach, I could not recommend AHI. However. There is a provider for every customer and I wish AHI and their customers a better experience than what we had with AHI. Sure there are other details to included - who said what, when. But I'm not posting emails or going into those because I feel and appreciate Angie's List as a place for customers to share experiences with providers, our overall impression is AHI is priced high (based on other quotes we received from providers), and they don't prioritize the voice of the customer.

The crew was hard working and did a very good job. Very Satisfied.

Referred by Brothers Remodeling because they said they don't really do this work. Kelly at AHI called and came out next day. He is very friendly and responsive. We have about 100 feet along alley we wanted an 8 foot wooden fence with a walk through gate. We have 35 feet on each side of the front of the house. We wanted 8 feet wooden fence with 4 stucco columns and a 4 foot gate. On the street side of house we have about 100 feet where we wanted an 8 foot wooden fence with stucco columns every 20 feet. We also asked for a 20 foot gate in iron. The side we share with the neighbors has a fence so nothing is needed there. When Kelly came up with the ballpark estimate I was shocked at over $250 per foot. He had built in 20 columns and he said reducing those would be about 6k. I asked about the gate driving price and he said there was about 6k in the gate. Labor then has to be extremely high. We won't be using them for the fence but we will allow them to quote the kitchen remodel. We discussed $40k budget and he sounded optimistic when he dropped off the cabinet brochure and gave us the fence price. I realize that prices have gone up because if oil in this area. However I will keep looking for options until I get a fair price with good quality.

They did a great job, were on time and on budget. Cleaned up after themselves even though they really didn't really make much of a mess. They were there when they said they would, did a very professional job, brought in their won electrical contractor. Bottom line: no mess, no fuss, no deviation from the estimate, done on time.

Very professional estimate, very detailed, took his time going over options and materials, gave the quote and went over scheduling and payment options before he left. I felt much of the quote was over priced, especially for labor.

My experience with them was good. They were efficient and the follow through was good. They said they would be here on a certain date and they were here and got the job done in half the time they quoted. It was a quick and easy process.

The initial appointment to measure the window went wonderful. They called and asked if I would like an earlier appointment (who does that now). They were quick and friendly. When the window was replaced, they cleaned up the area very well. Very punctual.

I am aware that the economic conditions in Midland/Odessa are not the norm, but I am still very disappointed in AHI. I was excited when they were the only company that would call me back to give me an estimate on my termite damage and completely redoing 2 very small bathrooms. Rodney came out to take measurements and spent very little time at my home. He told me Heath would be calling me with my estimate and left. I week and a half later, I still hadn't received a call about the estimate, so I called the local office. Heath called me back and was very apologetic about the lack of communication. Long story short, he gave me an estimate of $30,000 for two super small bathrooms and a window with structural damage. When I emailed Heath about getting a breakdown of the estimate, I never received a response back. I know I am not a high dollar client, but it would have been nice to at least get an email or call back.

Overall they provided an excellent service. They finished the job in a short period of time. The workman that camed was polite and cleaned up after his service.

They were very nice. They did fine. They came out and took the measurement to remodel the bathroom. They are a good company. Their name is very nice.

We were really pleased with them. They were knowledgeable about what we wanted. They came when they said they would and did all the measurements for us. Their price was very reasonable. I have no complaints. They were very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend them!

All windows installed on time and to our satisfaction. Gave detailed instruction on the cleaning and operations.

It has been a good experience. It is kind of a unique market and they are a little bit behind because of the job market because they can't find people to work so they are a little bit slow but the work has been good and it is quality work. They probably do the best work in town. They are a little bit too busy with work. They are professional.
