The people who came out were fine. The work done was good. It took them a long time to get the parts.

They came out and looked and after a few weeks came back with the wrong glass and said they would return when they had the right glass. That was 4 weeks ago. I called to see what their hold up was the young lady said she would check and get back with me and she never got back with me. The glass on the oven door is still broken.
Description of Work: This is a provider for American Home Shield home warranty insurance. They were supposed to replace the broken glass in my oven door.

et the order has been turned in and one week later, still not getting my calls answered or returned and still have not heard a work on them regarding this issue. I am so beyond frustrated with this company. They are costing me money. I am also turning them into the BBB because of this. I will never recommend them for anything. EVER!!!
Description of Work: On August 9, my son fell into my oven and shattered the front glass, we have home warranty insurance, so, I called and set up service. I was given the number to All Hours Appliance Repair and told that they would call me. I went ahead and initiated the phone call to them. They are from another town about 45 miles away. The lady that answered the phone, told me that they only come to my town on Wednesdays and that they would have to come get the number off of my stove, then they would order the part, I located the number for her, so the techs could save a trip. I called numberous times for 3 weeks after this to see if my parts were in, I was unable to get anyone to answer my phone calls, then one day she finally did answer and said that she would have to look it up because she didn't remember anything about my order. She then said that the parts hadn't come in yet, then she calls back and says one part has come in, the other hasn't and she would call me and let me know when it would be there, later that afternoon. Never got a call from her, the next morning, the tech called me and said they were on the way. The techs were very friendly. They worked quickly and got my door fixed and put back on my oven. I paid them the copay and they left. I run a baking business out of my home and had been traveling to my parent's home to bake, so, I cranked my oven up and began baking. I kept noticing that the glass seems alot thinner than the original glass and doesn't have the same design on it, and that my oven seems to be radiating some serious heat. It had never done that before. Upon further inspection, I realize that the heat is coming from the side of the door, the techs didn't align the door when they replaced it, so, there is a huge gap letting all of the heat out. This is bad for 2 reasons, 1, I have a 6 year old, if there is 350 heat coming out of the side of my oven and he is standing near it, he is going to get burned, 2, I have to recalculate baking times on everything I put in my oven and can only use the bottom rack now because of the escaping heat. I called AHR to let them know about my oven, I have called every day, multiple times a day and left multiple messages, no answer, no reply, my husband called from his work phone which has a different area code, they answered right away. He told them what was going on, and they advised us that we have to turn it into our home warranty to get a service order. So, I called the insurance on Wednesday afternoon, got a confirmation email from them tha

2 guys came out and pulled the dishwasher out it took less than 20 minutes for them to be done. Before leaving the man told me that he was going to have to go back to the office and have them order a new motor. This was on a Wednesday and he said it should be here on Friday and they would come back to install it. By Friday they hadn't called so we called the number that the tech had called us from on Wednesday and he didn't even know what we were talking about and said to call the office. It hadnt been ordered. The rude lady said she would call us when it comes in and they get their shipments on Friday. By the next Friday we still hadn't heard anything so I called back to the office and after I told her that I was waiting for a call from them to let me know if the motor for my dishwasher came in she cut me off and said she didn't know but she would call. A few hours later she calls and says it made it in and scheduled someone to come out the following week. I had to have my mother go to the house because i couldnt be off work. When the guy finally showed up he came in and again was not here anymore than 20 minutes. He didn't have the motor and he said that all he did was change out the bearings in the motor and that it still sounded rough but to give it time and hopefully it would go away. I called the office and asked why the tech didn't fix our washer and how long do we have to wait again to get it fixed. I asked why we waited for the motor to get in when they didn't even bother to change it out. She asked me if it was still broke and I told her that when he left he told my mother it was still Maong the same noise so obviously he didn't fix it. And she told me " it takes at least 2 hours for a dishwasher to run its cycle and our tech barely left there so how can you know if it's fixed or not" so I asked her how does your tech know I he fixed it when it takes 2 hours for cycle to run and she said she would have to talk to him. I told her that I would contact my insurance and let them know the kind of service they give and she hung up on me. My insurance tried to contact them and never heard back from them. We had a differ t company come out and they fixed the problem right away. All that was wrong was the disposal for the food that comes off the dishes had labels that had washed off of bowls of cups stuck in the blade and it wasn't turning. He said he looked at the motor and that motor couldn't have had the bearings changed in it because it's impossible. All hours appliances didn't do anything for us and they have horrible customer service. I would never recommend them to anyone.
Description of Work: 1st American home buyers sent this place to my house to fix a problem with my dishwasher. It was making a loud noise we couldn't even talk to people or watch tv when it was on.
