I had special circumstances with the install because of an existing energy management system I have installed in our building, but Mark knew what he was doing and delivered both on the equipment and the special install requirements on the very first try. I'm very pleased and would recommend.

Description of Work: installed new AC unit and changed out all duct work in the entire house. The initial unit they installed has a defect and kept freezing up, they came back and redid all of the work at no cost to us. Awesome company.
