I was very impressed with Terry's professionalism and friendliness. Informed me of things I had to do to maintain my septic system, and signs of bad things that could happen..Will absolutely hire them again..

Sam showed and and was honest and set the expectations. We scheduled to have a camera scope the pipes and determined the problem. It was not good news but they did what needed to be done and did a good job, I would recommend Sam and Daniel as they do quality work which is hard to find in the Odessa TX area yea for Action Air

This was a faucet replacement. The tech spent about 1 1/2 hours changing out the faucet (I had already purchased a replacement faucet). He charged me $288! That's over $192 per hour!! In addition to the huge amount that I was charged, I was never told that there would be a $75 trip charge, even if I didn't hire them to do the replacement. The trip charge was included in the cost of replacing the faucet. Would you agree that this seems extremely expensive?

I supplied fauset, had another company open wall , was charged $340 to connect fauset , they charged 75 to look at it , then would credit it back to bill , when came back price was a little higher than I expected but already had 75 toward bill . Billing statement comes out with dollar amount ,no details on it. Next time I will go with someone else , took less than 1and 1/2 hours . Plumber was great just bad pricing.Doesnt come out to $75 a hour like Action said it would .

Terry was prompt to respond to my request...He was knowledgable and professional regarding the installation of my new septic system..The work was done considering my timeline...I would recommend Action Air to anyone needing these services..

The repair was completed successfully however the plumbers remarks and expressed lack of self confidence left me worried during the whole process. The price for the service was probably average to replace two clothes washer inlet valves and at age 67 I remember when things were a lot cheaper

As a General Contractor we require that a high standard is always kept, we never have to worry with action air that our high standards are always met and then some. If anyone ever asks who we use at Castle Rock, its call Jordan with Action Air you will get nothing but quality performance at fare prices

Action Air called and came out and give us an estimate. We are going to have them install a septic for us just waiting to get the house empty

The actual work (new installation) has not begun yet (permit pending) but all communication and contact with the representative has been up front, honest and professional. The process has been explained to me every step of the way and they have answered all my questions. I am looking forward to watching work progress.
