Description of Work: I called for lawn services and was told that Ely would come by on Monday. Was asked for my address, name and number four times, which obviously was not being notated.

 + -1 moreI called for an estimate. The company took my address and told me they would be by the next day to look at my lawn. They never showed up and never called. I was very disappointed as this delayed the services I needed while I waited on them for a couple of days. Very unprofessional.
Description of Work: None...they never showed up!

 + -1 moreBad experience. They should have just told me they were not interested or did not have time to come out and give me an estimate. Wasted a few days waiting on them to show.
Description of Work: Called multiple times for them to come give estimate and never showed each time. Went on for over a week.

 + -1 moreI called and stated what I needed done; Eli came over to my house to give an estimate. Then he said when he could come over and do the service. He came over and did the job. It looked good. Very nice guy!
