Description of Work: 3 Tech was very good and reliable in the beginning. However after several months of use of his dumpsters he became hard to get ahold of and avoided me entirely. He left a dumpster at a location for over a month avoiding my phone calls. I left countless voicemails and then one day the dumpster was just gone. By using his service I feel like left a bad impression on my own clients because who I was using for trash removal was unprofessional. I would never use his service again

 + -1 moreWe played telephone tag a little in the beginning, but he showed up promptly when he said he would and did a very thorough job. He had to break down the bases which held the hot tubs and he even raked the lawn where they had been to ensure he removed every little thing. The gentlemen who came out was very friendly, courteous and professional. And the price was half what another company had quoted. I was very pleased with the service and would not hesitate to use this company again.
Description of Work: Removed two old couches from the back deck and two large, old hot tubs from the back yard, as well as an old broken-down gas grill and a recliner which had been pitched in the alley behind the house.

 + -1 moreI called about 10 minutes before 10 to let Mr. Smith know that my guys were on their way over as I was sure he was as prompt as he was the day before and would arrive 5 minutes early. By 10:30 AM he had not arrived and I had not received a call back. By noon I gave up on him after multiple calls and voicemails and texts. I contacted the other company I had spoken with regarding the same job, they said they could get to it by 2PM the same day. I have yet to hear back from Mr. Smith and considering the day he came to give me the estimate we had a 20 minute conversation about customer service and letting a customer know if/when something arises that prevents you from being able to do the work as scheduled, I am very disappointed. I don't want anyone else to be subjected to the same experience. We did end up getting the job done, and it ended up costing a lot more, but this experience goes to show, you get what you pay for.
Description of Work: I called for junk removal where I work, Mr. Smith was very quick about coming out to give an estimate for the haul. It was set up and he was to arrive the next morning at 10AM. I had to call in 2 employees to haul the rest of the junk back to the old shop location.

 + -1 moreI had contacted others but they never showed up. Found ad in thrifty nickel, called and Mr. Smith came over on Saturday. Thought he was just going to check it out but he hauled a load away that day. Came back on Mon and finished on Tues. He is a hard worker and can be trusted to do it without you being there. Will recommend him to friends and family.
Description of Work: He cleaned ALL of the junk out of my backyard. It's a big yard with stuff back there since when we moved in.

We will deliver a 18yd roll off dumpster to your home or worksite - you fill it - and we will pick it up and haul it to the landfill - Simple!!! The dumpster fits perfectly in your driveway.
We do not haul concrete, gravel, asphalt, or dirt.
