First Kade came out to fix our broken water main line and found the builder had installed the wrong size pipe. After Kade's speedy work, we're not only NOT leaking water, we've got water pressure for the first time. This time they came out for the toilets, one of which had never worked. In the process of installing the 4 new toilets with much nicer ones, they found 1 had never been tied in and all 4 had not been screwed to the floor, they were just sitting on the ring! Finally, we've got foundation work to do and Kade came to test the system. In the process he found the septic needed pumping and if we had waited any longer we would have had an expensive problem. It's weeks later and we've got awesome water pressure, the house no longer smells of methane and we don't have to wait for the toilets to stop rocking when we sit to do our businesses (and this is an expensive custom home!). Thank you Johnson SPD!!!

Vary good prices also vary professional. they cleaned my septic tank completely and showed it to me at the end
