Description of Work: Repair and maintenance on all portions of a heating and air conditioning unit for a 1600 square foot home near White Rock Lake in Dallas, TX. The house was in the process of being sold so these measures were made at the request of the inspector for the buyer. All requests were reasonable and necessary. Ductwork in the attic and under the house in the crawl space was reinforced, resealed and repaired, drains were upgraded to operate as required, the coil was cleaned, the return plenum was reconstructed and upgraded and all components were checked for proper function. The job took 21/2 half hours and two men to complete. They were 15 minutes early and set straight to work. They were friendly and efficient. All work was photographed and explained to me at the end of the jod. All my questions, such as "What is a plenum" and "P valve?" were answered in a professional and helpful manner. All photos will be emailed to me to show the inspector and the buyer exactly what was done and how it was done.
