He also explained financing should I choose replace the system. I immediately recommended him to family and friends.....

+ -1 moreCharles was very responsive, fair, easy to communicate with, knowledgeable, and courteously. Above all,he was HONEST. I thought the fan motor was also out, but replacing the capacitor was all that was needed.
Description of Work: The compressor would not start. A new starter capacitor was needed.

+ -1 moreHe's wonderful, he's very professional and knowledgeable of the work he was doing. I always stand there and watch and he did his work. He changed our capacitors and quite a few things that were not working properly. He was very personable and customer-oriented when he came out.
Description of Work: My AC unit was not working properly. He is one of the providers that worked on our American Home Shield warrantied air conditioning unit to get back up and running.

+ -1 moreIt went great. It only took 4 hours to do the whole install. He was friendly. He came Monday and gave me an estimate. Within 24 hours he had the whole thing installed. He had a crew to do the installation and he came out at the end to inspect the job.
