The repair was very responsive and knowledgeable. He took a look at the unit and gave me suggestions on what needed to done to repair the non service AC unit. He went out to the store to purchase the items and came back to install it.

They were prompt and showed up on time which was important since we had a flight to catch. He did a good diagnosis and located a freon leak. A previous repair company had not located and simply filled up the a/c with freon which leaked out within a couple months.

Did a good job. Answered all of our questions.

The service was great and we look forward to having them come back for the maintenance of our heating system. The technician was delayed at his previous appointment and he called to let us know he was running behind schedule.

The representative from Walker did a good job. He showed up on time and cleaned my HVAC unit in a timely manner. Upon inspection, he noticed I had very little Freon. He attempted to find the leak himself, and even though he was unable to diagnose the problem he ruled out a few areas it could have been in. My only problem with Walker is that the company keeps billing me for the service. I have received an invoice and now a past due statement, despite contacting Walker about the error. I'm not sure if I would use Walker in the future or recommend it to others.

I am thrilled with their service. I originally had an appointment for a Friday morning. With no a/c over night I knew my family would be miserable. However, I received a surprise when Walker A/C contacted me with a cancellation that day and they were able to get me same day service. The technician was efficient and got my ac working immediately and for less than I expected. THANK YOU!!!!!

The upstairs unit, the same one they had serviced went out and so they went out there and they said that the drain line needed to be blown out. So, they called me about an invoice and said it's $100 for a service call and $80 to blow out the line. It might have been reversed but the bottom-line was $180 to blow out a line and I said, well you guys had just serviced the unit and they said, well that's not included and I don't plan to use them again. They were kind of just outrageous. I had a air conditioning problem here in San Antonio where I live and I didn't use Angie's List because when your air conditioning unit goes out on a Saturday afternoon and it's 100 degrees outside you need something done right away, so Angie's List wasn't an option in that situation. I was fortunate to have someone come out and it was the same issue that my Dallas air conditioner had and this company in San Antonio charged me $100, so I just gave additional credibility that Walker is outrageous on their pricing and I don't plan to use them again. They were responsive. They were right on time as far as I know. I don't have any reason to doubt their professionalism other than the pricing.

Walker was awesome. When Angela was told the part we needed, a motor, would have to be shipped from the factory and could take two days to come in, she followed up with another rep at Trane who found the motor locally. They were able to come out and fix the unit at least a day or two before we expected them to. This was huge because the unit did die before the part came in. We've had Walker do our system service and now a repair. I'm a huge fan. Their techs and the customer service in the office is fantastic.

Air conditioner would not come on. Serviceman found a loose connection inside the unit. Repaired the problem and then rewired the wire to the outside unit that had been cut by a weed eater and spliced together by me. Cleaned the the outside unit of dirt and grass and checked the freon. With my AC being 17 years old I was expecting the worst. I was shocked and pleased that the charge was only 99.00. When this AC has ran it's last I will with out a doubt call Walker again. It's seems like it's so rare to get honest treatment from service providers. I will with out a doubt be a repeat customer !

Very well and quick. he didn't mind me looking over as he was working on the unit. The heating unit was coming on but was not igniting. He quickly tried a couple of things and narrowed it down to a clogged pipe. He cleaned it, showed me what he did and that was it. took max 15 mins.

I bought a $50 coupon and got their invoice and there is no indication of the coupon on the invoice. The service was provided well. I had to call them a couple of times. The service was provided promptly. I am waiting to see how they resolve this issue. So far I have not heard from them. This is the third time I have used them. I used them earlier in the year to replace another unit on another rental property. They were fast, prompt and fair. I found them on an Angie's List referral and I am happy with them.

Technician said the copper line could not be fixed without replacing the faucet (which he quoted $392 labor only). He said it's fine to live with the twisted copper supply line and spent 20 minutes replacing 4 rigid supply lines th 4 flexible ones (which I bought from Home Depot for $5 a piece). I was charged $175 plus $50 service call. A little pricey for me but did appreciate their promptness which other plumbers struggle with.

The AC unit stopped running. The very nice service technician came on short notice - he found the problem and repaired the unit - it needed a new part and Freon. I am glad to have found this company Highly recommend them. .

The inspection was fine. The provider only looked at the HVAC unit and recommended no changes. They made a minor repair that he did not charge us for, but it was fairly poorly done and I had to re-do it anyway. All in all, i got what i paid for i guess.

I bought a big deal for this service. I had them come out right when I bought that thing. I thought the deal was a good one, but it is hard to know if the amount you have to pay for other things is fair. There were two different guys who came out. The first guy said it was an old system and I should probably replace the whole thing. I thought about it for a couple of days because the bill would have been about $5,000 so I said I thought I would just replace the panel on the heater because it had melted, apparently. When the second guy came out he said to keep the system as long as I could and just replace the panel. I thought I was getting two pieces of advice from two different people there They had both been there for a while. I wondered what would pappen if you only got the first guy who suggested I replace the whole system so I might do it unnecessarily. So that was the only small concern.

Service was prompt and easy to schedule. Our units are bit on the vintage side so we use Walker Air Con to make sure they are running at prime for each summer season.

The service called about 45 minutes prior to the stated time. I was not there, but he was on his way and would meet me there. He arrive promptly. Very professional pleasant approach. Explained everything he was doing the went outside to check everything and explained what he did outside. Very professional. Stated that they would call me to schedule service check on heat.

Arrived on time and did the job with care. I definitely will renewal my service.

The technician Calvin did a great job - he was very punctual and quickly completed the work.
