Description of Work: Replaced waterless water heating unit.

Description of Work: We had two large AC units replaced in our home. We explained that some of the upstairs rooms were not cooling and/or heating properly and planned to have additional insulation installed as a remedy. The Walker Air Rep (sorry I forgot his name) inspected our home and explained that the problem was from a couple of undersized ducts and poor cold air return setup. The team incorporated the resized ducts and additional return runs to the project and the results meet all our expectations. |We had an issue that resulted when one of the crew unintentionally pulled a concealed water line loose. Walker did not contest at all and paid for the plumber and sheetrock repairs.

I have a wall heater that another repair company had basically left for dead, and the Walker people not only got it up and running but made sure it was working to maximum capacity. They made two follow-up visits without extra charges, and the charges were very, very reasonable to begin with. Friendly, respectful, competent, professional service all around.

Description of Work: Complete replacement of A/C and heat system. Upgrading two vents and duct work to larger size. On the two vents that were enlarged in my living room ceiling, part of the ceiling texture came off around the edges. The tech said he would make a note of it and someone else would come out and repair the damage. No one from the company ever followed up with me. The damage isn't super obvious so I didn't complain. But it's still irksome for someone to say they are going to take care of damage they've caused and never hear a peep.

Description of Work: This review is based on a service visit in April, no work was done. I called Walker because my AC was blowing warm air and they were offering a $25 off coupon. The service technician arrived on time and was very courteous/professional. After checking inside and outside he determined my system was "dry" that is no freon. He couldn't find the leak but suspected it was in the line under the house. Once found and repaired the system would require 12 lbs of freon at $70/lb. At this time, I fortunately recalled our home warranty was still in effect. The home warranty company sent out a different HVAC company, who after inspecting the system found a clogged TXV on the evaporator coil, and freon about 3 lbs low. I had not told him what the Walker technician had reported. I don't understand how these two servicemen could come to such different conclusions but I'm glad I didn't have Walker do the work!
