Description of Work: noise in outside AC unit. 1st visit, evaluation fee and diagnosed problem quickly. Ordered part. 2nd visit, installed part, evaluation fee went towards cost of service. Professional company, did not try to upsell me. I would use them again.

Description of Work: Repaired ouside a/c unit that had lost power to house. Also installed a new thermostat as the previous one would not run the a/c. Very nice repair man and knowledgable.

Description of Work: Unit was low on freon so the tech added more on but couldn't detect where it was leaking. It was raining heavily and the tech probably just wanting to move on to the next service call. I was told to let them know if the problem still continues to give them another call. I was say that the level of service was average at best. Yoor survey asks "Would you use this provider in the future?" My answer is "maybe".

Description of Work: I arrived in town to find my ac unit not working. I contacted walker ac on a sunday and they sent someone out immediately. It cost 140.00 for a sunday call. The man who came out showed me where the ac was burnt and needed to be replaced. My inside unit was also going. I made arraingements to get the ac unit installed on Wednesday because I was leaving to go out of town again. The 2 guys who came out were on time and very professional. They worked hard to get the job done right. They were very pleasant and polite. ac unit is working great now
