He looked at it, fixed a part of the motor instead of replacing the motor, and it cost $1000 cheaper than the initial guy who came to look at it. Even figured out what caused the problem and a solution to stop it from happening again.

They discovered that I was low on coolant so I added this which resulted in cooling the house better and hopefully smaller electric bill. The $99.00 coupon I purchased allows me to have them come out for a check up one more time within the next year.

Technician was knowledgeable, followed good troubleshooting steps (checking more common problems first), was professional and on-time. Service was slightly overpriced given retail cost of part (100) and actual time of labor (1hr).

Randy was on time, honest?and professional. ?I used an Angie's List deal that was supposed to be $55 for diagnosis and then $50 off of repairs. ?I'd say there's a bit of bait and switch in the terminology of the offer?because the "diagnosis" covered in that deal was simply that the system was low on refrigerant. ?In order to determine the source of the leak (i.e. actually finish the diagnosis), there was a significant?additional fee. ?The leak was found to be a valve that was replaced and then refrigerant was added to the system to get it back to normal. ?All-in-all, I found the service to be very good and the cost to be reasonable. ?I would use them again.

It went okay. The gentleman found out that we really didn't have a problem right now. Everything was fine.

He came in promptly on time. He introduced himself and what company he was from and asked what problems we were having with our heating furnace. He quickly checked some things and said it was the flame sensor that needed to be cleaned. He proceeded to remove it and clean it with an emory board. He explained to us if the flame sensor was dirty, the flame would automatically go out. If the sensor cannot detect a flame, it will extinguish the flame. He said this is a safety to prevent gas from being on without a flame. .After he put the sensor back in, the furnace worked perfectly! And, we have not had any problems with it since! He was professional, efficient, and friendly. And the price was very reasonable. Would definitely use this company's services again. Would highly recommend this serviceman! Heater wasn't working at all. Matthew responded very quickly and arrived at my home in under an hour. He explained the problem and had it fixed in less than thirty minutes after his arrival.
