When I explained my situation with the phone rep, he was very sensitive to my concern and was able to dispatch a tech to my home at no charge to confirm what the other company told me. Long of the short, the Walker tech checked my heating system and told me there was absolutely nothing wrong other than a fail to ignite and the other company was incorrect in their assessment and there was no need for me to replace the part that was going to cost me $1,800! I offered to pay the Walker tech something, but they insisted that this was a courtesy as promised so I instead signed up for their warranty program which was an awesome deal! With companies like this, it is about trust and building relationships. This company treated me like a valued person first! Now that I am a customer, I have no doubt I will be treated like a valued customer. I highly recommend this company!

They did a great job! The two units they serviced are working well and I really liked the service man who came out.

Everything turned out well. They were prompt and professional, and they did a good job with the work.

The unit wasn't working. The technician determined that the motor was frozen up and estimated $600 - $1000 to repair. He would not know for sure until he took it part. I knew the unit had been running for 23 years, which is well past it's life expectancy. So I asked if it was wise to put that many $ into a repair. He said no and I agreed wholeheartedly. We agreed for Walker to send out a salesman for new units the next day. He had a great offer for a new unit ($4300). We decided to use small window units to cool the downstairs until we could save up that much $. But I would be glad to call Walker when it comes time to get our new unit.

The unit was located on the roof of a third floor apartment. They did not have the necessary safety equipment.

They were wonderful and I was happy with the price. They offered me a pay arrangement through Bank of America, though I didn't need it. Brandon was also able to do what I asked him to do and the workers installed everything within a day and a half. Brandon also explained how to do everything. It was good experiences.

I called many different contractors and they would not give me an actual quote. Walker came out, provided an estimate, and answered all my questions. They were punctual and arrived when they said they would. They took care of everything and cleaned up well after the job was complete. They did the financing for me and got everything set up. They even provided 48 months zero interest. Everything worked out very well. I would definitely recommend them.

They are good. They are knowledgeable. They came a few minutes earlier than they said they would. They are a real nice company. $850 is a lot of money.

Very pleased with every aspect of the work! The 2 workers were extremely professional, courteous and on time both days. The condensers were competitvely priced and I was able to finance the cost, interest free over 18 months...

My experience was pretty good. I would say they did a fairly good job except that the equipment that we bought was really high quality and there was only one gentleman that knew how to set up the system because it was computerized and things like that. The techs that they had at the beginning didn't quite know how to set that up so not everyone was knowledgeable about the higher end system.

Walker was very professional from the free estimate to the final installation. Everyone arrived when they said that they would and care was taken to leave work areas clean and tidy. Samuel and Antonio removed the old furnace and outdoor AC unit and installed the new Trane system. The installation required that new wiring be installed as well as new piping. Both tasks were professionally done. The installers worked as a team and were courteous at all times. They explained operation of the new control system and made sure that I understand how to change the settings. Doing business with Walker was a very pleasant experience as everyone from office personnel to sales to installer was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company to my friends.

The initial contact at my home was cordial, and the representative was very knowledgable about the Trane products and potential system options. We chose one of the higher technologies and are enjoying it. The installation went flawlessly and on time. The only disappointment was that the representative did not appear as promised during the installation and has made no attempt to make follow-up contact as I would normally expect.on an expensive job. I had some minor follow-up questions that remain unanswered. Not very professional!

2 years ago my air conditioner was not working probably after they did some maintenance work so they came out and adjusted my thermostat, the technician was Craig and he is excellent. I am thankful that I am able to have the same technician each time.

they had to come out a few times to fix the problem. They did it very professionally. The people in the office were very helpful to.

Their service is very reliable and they stand by their work. If you call them on an emergency, they would send someone out for you right away, and whenever I had them out to do something, they never have to come back and fix the issue again. I am not having trouble with it again thirty days later.

I had used them for work on my previous home, and they had a reasonable price which were the reasons that I hired them. Unfortunately, the work crew was young and seemingly inexperienced, and they had to return to correct some issues with the installation. They also only addressed the issues that I brought to their attention instead of thoroughly inspecting the unit for any other possible problems.

I had a very good experience. The dispatcher was friendly and cooperative. The technician, Randy was outstanding. I was very satisfied and can recommend Walker.

It was hot, and I was in a bad mood. There was no way I was going to be satisfied with an air conditioner repair bill on one of the hottest days of the year. I want to give these guys a bad review, but I can't. WALKER was out here faster than I could imagine. The service tech was friendly and professional. He had to go get the part but returned before he said he'd return. We have cool air. Despite the weather and my mood, these guys were awesome/ I'm a happy camper.

This was the third AC company I had come out over the past 2 months for the same issue. Our AC was cooling, but it took hours to cool the house a couple degrees. The first company diagnosed it as a low charge of Puron, and added some. That worked for a few days, but we soon left for almost a month on vacation. When we got back, we noticed the same inefficient cooling issue. I contacted another AC company, who diagnosed it as faulty/inefficient Evaporator coil, which would need to be replaced. Their quote seemed high after research, so I contacted a dozen Angie's list, A-rated, companies to get more estimates. They all came in about the same, or higher. I was fully prepared to shell out $1700 to replace the evaporator coil. I spoke with Walker AC over the phone to discuss the problem. We decided to have one of their techs come out to inspect and double-check what the previous tech determined. He determined that it was simply that I had installed the incorrect air filters (4 - 1" filters instead of 1 - 4" filter). Simple, idiotic thing I did as a temporary fix, and totally forgot. The tech said just putting the correct filter in should fix the problem. He also warned me to keep an eye on the outdoor fan, because when the first tech charged the system with more Puron, he may have overcharged it which can cause issues. So far, so good. If things change, I will update my review. All this being said, Walker could have easily determined I needed my evaporator coil replaced, and made $1700. Instead, they did the right and honorable thing and fixed the actual problem. In return, they have my future business.

They did really good work. They were ontime and very professional. They cleaned up their mess and hauled off the old water heater. They let me know the furnace filter that was installed before did not install it correctly. He had to go a step further and custome made a metal holder so the filter would not be out in the open.

They are responsive. I can’t say enough about them. They have done some commercial work for me. They have been working at my office. I would rate them very highly.
