 + 1 moreThe door looks great, and they did it at a very reasonable price. Mary handled all the communication before the fact. Arturo did all the work along with their son, and they did everything in one day.
Description of Work: I needed them to install a door in what was a wall. The paneling on one side and the drywall on the other had to be removed. Studs had to be removed and the header appropriately braced.

 + 2 moreThe job went well and started in October not finished until about middle of December.The only critique was a little slow in finishing but involved a lot of work for one man. Arturo and Mary worked diligently to complete all necessary repairs.Three revisions to original estimate as additional damages uncovered. All areas of house painted,new carpet and laminate flooring installed.Windows lower panes installed. The exterior of house in the rear reworked due to accumulated termite and water damage. All wallpaper removed and refinished with necessary texture and paint. Removal of shrubs and trees necessary to do repairs to rear portion. Arturo kept at until all was done.
Description of Work: Provider applied Killz to all rooms and complete painting of all interior finishes and trims.New lower windows put in unit. Removal of some shrubby and trees to complete rework of vinyl exterior to rear of house, removal of patio cover,reworked the exterior and additional vinyl trim due to termite and accumulated water damages. Removal of all carpeted areas and installation of carpeted bedrooms and laminate flooring in LR,Dining and Hall.Sealed all exterior leaks.Application of sealant to all areas as needed.

 + 4 moreThe repairs went well and there were quite a few revision to the original estimate and additional damages were uncovered. All in all all went smoothly.The only critique I would have was the the job took approx 3 mos to finish. It was large and considerable amount of work for basically one person. Arturo and Mary were very easy and pleasant to work with. Arturo works hard to get it done. A;ll in all a great job, house put on the market and sold within 5 days. Thanks to their hard work. I highly reccomend this contracting firm.
Description of Work: Application of Killz to entire house approx 1389 sq ft. and painting and trim work of the same. The use of sealant along exterior and interior doors and windows. Two storm doors put in .Removal of all wallpaper in house and texture and paint those areas.This applied to kitchen and bathrooms which were two Also cut down trees and shrubs in the rear portion and did debris removal of an old attached patio. The rear portion of house had to be reworked with new posts put in do to water damages and old termite, and accumulated damages.They used some of the existing siding and reworked with new to complete job.. Also put in new kitchen and bathroom pull fixtures for the cabinets throughout the house.Also moved some furniture for us.All carpeting pulled up and removed. The addition of new carpet in both bedrooms. He installed laminate flooring throught the rest of house included was living,dining room and hallway.

 + 3 moreI've actually used them a couple of times. It was a lady and her husband. The husband did all the work and the lady did all the talking combined with the pricing and stuff. They did really good work. I've used them three different times. All my experiences were great with them. They showed up when they were supposed to. They didn't leave a mess which was great. They sprayed varnish underneath of the decking and everything was covered. It was all good. It was a good experience with them. They were really good. Their pricing was really good, too. The only negative is that when Mary is not around and her husband doesn't speak English but she makes sure he understands everything before leaving.
Description of Work: I had some initial home remodeling done, some painting on a shed. They powerwashed my fence and they covered my decking and restained it and did some trim thing this last time.

Areas worked on: Kitchen, breakfast nook, front entryway, fireplace surround and guest bathroom. We provided the materials. Amazing attention to detail, cleaned their work space after every day. Completed the project ahead of schedule. They are now my go to crew for any work I need completed in our home.
