James was prompt in showing up to survey the work to be done and giving an estimate. The work was done promptly and well. The crew did a great job of cleaning up all the area when the work was done. The cost was reasonable.

I called James Bateman on Monday & James came to my house same day. James looked at where the water spot was and proceeded to go on roof repaired and even went above and beyond. James cut tree branches that were hanging over roof and cleaned out gutters.
I wasn't expecting James to come as quickly as he did knowing he had allot of commitments lined up for roof jobs in the Wylie area.
Team Texas Construction/Roofing is a Professional, Quality, Reliable company.
Team Texas put a new roof on my house in 2012. To this day if I notice any leaks they will back up there work and be there to repair no questions asked.

Called the provider to get a quote. He arrived at the scheduled time and fully explained the different types of shingles and costs. We looked at color samples and then decided on the shingle color. I wasn't quite sure of the shingle color so he dropped off some samples. After viewing the samples, I decided on the color of shingles. We then decided on a date for the new roof installation. He arrived on the date of the installation, on time, and his crew completed the work on time. After the work was completed, they cleaned and walked the yard to make sure that all of the trash had been collected. His cost for the new roof was inline with other quotes that I had received from other vendors. Very professional and courteous and I would recommend him to anyone wanting a new roof. Completed roof should last a long time and it looks beautiful.

Everything went well; delays due to weather, but he always called or stopped by to update us on project status; workers always on time; when one worker quit suddenly, the contractor came and completed the work himself.

Mr, Bateman responded very quickly every time, when we quoted, when we got material samples, to perform the job. From the time we first contacted him to the time the job was done was about about a week and a half and I took about half the time making decisions. I had quoted a couple other contractors and team texas' price was the most reasonable; their craftsmanship on my roof was great and they cleaned up after themselves real good. All in all I am very satisfied with this contractor and I would highly recommend.

James was very professional and easy to work with. Although Team Texas Construction had the lowest bid among those I solicited, they provided some items at no additional cost that other companies considered to be upgrades and charged extra for them. Among the no-cost upgrades was a synthetic underlayment and new attic vents. The crew that performed the work was courteous, efficient and did a good job of cleaning up afterwards.

James Bateman simply made this a painless experience. He answered every time I called, and was always personable
