Description of Work: Needed to replace roof, gutters and restain fence after hail damage.

Description of Work: needed new shingles and got a bonus with his palisade synthetic underlayment instead of the outdated black stuff thats tears real easy.highly recommend.

Description of Work: We had damage to our roof from the storm 5/11, we called Team Texas at approx 10 am the next morning, James Bateman came out in the afternoon and secured our roof to prevent leakage and further damage. He gave us a fair estimate and returned the following morning and repaired our roof. He was very professional and pleasant.

Description of Work: Replaced roof, removed old fence stain, power-washed it and retained it; replaced gutters

Description of Work: The Team at Team Texas replaced our roof, gutters, chimney cap, and treated and restained our cedar fencing. All of this work was done due to severe hail damaged suffered last spring. | |As often happens after damaging storms, our development was flooded with roofers looking to "lock you in" by agreeing to work with your insurance adjuster, fixing it so you don't have to pay your deductible, getting the job done immediately so you don't suffer more damage, etc. | |About a week after the storm, we received a call from Team Texas for a free assessment. At this point, they were about the 15th roofer wanting to give a free assessment. I told the caller, if they want to walk the roof feel free to do so but that many others had already been here. The next morning, I received a call from James Bateman, the owner, who told me some background on his company, told me he was in the area and happy to stop by, but did not want to pressure us so understood if we wanted to cancel the appointment. That approach was a breath of fresh air, James stopped by and spent about two hours detailing all the damage, he give us a full write up and encourage us to submit a claim. | |The following week when the adjuster came out, James offered to stop by as our representative and while the adjuster quickly agreed the roof was totaled, it was nice to have a professional roofer on site as well. | |From there, James provided a fee estimate for the work, he did not pressure us to sign anything and encouraged us to review his estimate against the claim report when we received that from the insurance company, which we did. For each of the differences, James was able to demonstrate that our adjuster missed something and that his quote was the accurate quote. The insurance company quickly agreed. | |At this point, having worked with James on good faith for several weeks, we signed a contract with Team Texas to do the work and we are very pleased we did so. | |James was on site every day, everyone of his team members was professional, they communicated their game plan and stuck to it, they took great care to minimize the mess, ensured the landscaping was protected, cleaned up each day and did an outstanding job. | |All in all, the work took about two weeks to complete, and included a tear off and full re roofing, new gutters, a replaced chimney gap, and a stripping and restraining of our cedar fence. James stayed on top of each of his various teams and they all did a top notch job. | |James has followed up with us twice since the work was completed to ensure we are happy with everything and we are. | |In short, my view is that Team Texas is a company built on old fashion values, honesty, hard work, fair pay for a job well done, and ready to stand behind their work.

Description of Work: Removed two layers of old roof and installed new shingle roof

Description of Work: James Bateman came out to give an estimate on my roof. He asurred us the roof was in good condition and needed no work currently.

Description of Work: Remove old roof and replace with Class 4 shingles.

Description of Work: Replaced roof. Replaced roof vents and flashings. Re-routed flashing around fireplace in order to keep leakage from occurring again. Replaced a section of decking, etc.

Description of Work: Team Texas Construction, LLC installed a new roof for me about a month ago.
