They did a great job. Showed up as promised and cleared it all out. Answered all questions and were very responsive during the whole process. We would use them again and definitely recommend them.

They are great communicating with the customer, and they give full disclosure of progress, problems and any other details the customer needs to know. They have the correct equipment necessary for each job.

I really liked them. They were much cheaper than anyone else we called and did a pretty good job. They worked within our budget.

Overall, this job went well because I was in constant contact with Jerod who managed our small job (by Skillful's standards) and provided prompt estimates to my insurance company and the adjuster. The selective demolition did not go well-the laborers cracked the granite countertops, which could not be repaired. Later, they chipped my sink and dinged the dishwasher control panel. Jerod brought us a new sink and installed a new control panel. The insurance company replaced the countertops. This job required vigilant monitoring with probes to see if the slab dried out, and Skillful never missed an appointment. They were honest and upfront about any setbacks. They took payment directly from my insurance company.

They were on time, polite, appropriately priced for the superior quality of work. I have used the company for various jobs over the past 15 years and have always been satisfied.

I contacted this company on recommendation of our plumber, to get an estimate for a bathroom and kitchen remodeling. They called and made an appointment, but 2 hours before the appointment the estimator called and said he had an emergency, could he come later in the afternoon instead? I said OK, and waited around for the call all day. He never called back, not that day nor the days after. Apparently they were not interested in a smaller job, but were not professional enough to just tell me that. But 2 days later I got a brochure in the mail from them, telling me how wonderful they are! Right.

ALL THE WORKERS WERE COURTEOUS. THEY WORKED IN EXTREME HEAT AND FINISHED ON TIME. THEY CHECKED THE ENTIRE PROPERTY FOR ROOFING SCRAPS AND CLEANED THE YARD; LEAVING IT SPOTLESS.
