Have been Shamrock Pest customer for many years and always pleased with the service: prompt, professional, pleasant, efficient and now, Covid-19 equipped to come into my house. Have never had a problem or issue after quality service :))

I was not satisfied with them and they seem like a bunch of crooks. I would not use them again.

We use them quarterly. Their service was very good.

All of a sudden we have a rodent problem in our house, and unfortunately Shamrock failed miserably in providing what should have been a very simple service (laying traps etc.). The problem ranged from No-Show, No notification of no-show and No-Response overall for a couple of days, finally leading to a very rude response and a termination of service from their end. On initial contact, they promised to send the technician with the traps, which they indicated would be for free, along with a regular service spray call. The person showed up, but was not aware that he has to lay the traps. He mentioned he did not have any. So he noted and promised that he will come back monday with the traps. Monday came and went, no one showed up. We called, they mentioned that the technicians have no authority to provide a schedule. so they scheduled another appointment for Tuesday afternoon. Tuesday came and went, no show, no notifications. We called all Wed without any response. Finally thursday we call, a lady picks up the phone and tells us that the guy was stuck in traffic and should have called. On indicating that we never received a phone call and re-scheduling, she became rude and simply told us that they are terminating our services abruptly!! Since the quarter is not over, we told them that we will not pay the last quarter invoice (since the service is terminated), she threatened to put our invoice into collection. So they are rude, take your money, not provide the service, and threaten customers with collection. Would not recommend them at all.. stay away!!

They are good. I would refer them to others.

Very frustrating and a waste of my time---if you're not going to show up, how about a courtesy call?

We moved into a new house and after a couple of weeks we started seeing carpenter ants here and there, so we called out to see if they could come out the following Saturday and treat the house. The tech came out and sprayed, and actually found where they were coming from. We saw a lot of ants (although they were all dead) within the first week or so after treatment. The tech had told us that that was to be expected. I have not seen one dead or alive in a couple of weeks and that makes me happy!

They are knowledgeable, inexpensive, and dependable.

Was very happy with the service overall. Pleasant and professional service. I think they are a well run/managed service.

They sprayed the under house when the cat was under there. I called to ask what was in the spray and they never answered. They never called me back either. I was not happy with their service.

They are great and I have used them for at least 7 years. They have given great service through the years and are phenomenal. They are always on time, very punctual and do what they say they are going to do. It is hard to find companies like this anymore.

They were very professional and explained their service completely. I chose another due to a promotional coupon that reduced the price significantly but would have been comfortable choosing Shamrock.

It's a small family run company. They come out quarterly. They are very friendly and personable. They come out when they say they would and do their job. We like them. We found them to be reasonably priced when we priced around. Their prices were almost $1000 less when compared to some of the other big companies. They charge us quarterly. Sometimes we do get specials. They stay in touch with us to make sure that we are available before they arrive. They also follow up. We are very pleased with their termite treatment. They never push anything or try to get us into any contracts like some providers do. They are more subtle than the rest. They have done things for us that create loyalty. They are really good.

They did a really good job. The problem got fixed. They showed up on time. I was satisfied with their service.

This company is mediocre. They are not the most professional technicians.

I have been very impressed with them. They spray the outside of my house but they cover everything so if I want them to spray inside or in the attic, they will. When we moved here, we had a lot of big spiders but now we don?t have a problem at all. When we do find ants or something, they are very responsive and they come out no problem. I really like that they are on top of it for the occasions when things come up.

THIS WORK WAS PERFORMED USING A THREE STEP APPLICATION PROCESS (INITIAL APPLICATION, WAIT TWO WEEKS TO APPLY AGAIN AND THEN WAIT TWO WEEKS TO MAKE FINAL APPLICATION.)

Very pleased with their work, and with their price.

The ant problem was taken care of, but I am still having an issue with the spiders and other bugs. The person they sent was very nice and professional, but I don't think the treatment is effective enough. Price is per treatment.

A PEST CONTROL TECHNICIAN CAME OUT AND SHE WAS A WOMAN! SHE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND SMART ABOUT EVERYTHING I ASKED. SHE WAS ON TIME AND DID NOT TAKE A LONG TIME. SHE WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND RESPECTFUL. I WAS VERY PLEASED.

VERY NICE. THEY GET DONE WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE.
