+ -1 moreFound it and fixed it in 2 hours and were gone. Wasn't a bad services. The bad part was they told me on the phone it could cost up to $3500 and that's what it was $3500. THink it's a little high for 2 hours work and they even had to use my compressor as theirs would work. Then they wanted cash but I was told I could use a credit card. They whole thing just left a very bad taste in my mouth.
Description of Work: Found and fix a leak in my garage.

+ -1 moreI called for someone to do the work in my crawlspace. They did not have any appointments available the same day but put me on a standby list. Someone was there in 3 hours. The guys that showed up were too big to get into the tight crawlspace so they set up an appointment with another co-worker for the next morning. The company cancelled that appointment the next day and set another for the next week (it was Friday). The new plumber showed up on Monday as planned and completed the repair in short order. The plumbers were all very professional, they laid out drop clothes and plastic to protect the house.

+ -1 moreAndrew from Reliable Plumbing Service replaced a Franke Little Butler - instant hot - at my home today. He showed up on time. He was courteous, professional and most importantly competent and prepared. I had waited 3 days on an estimate from another plumbing company. I had a house closing deadline and needed a quick response. Frustrated with my plumbing company, I called Ferguson and asked them to recommend a plumber. They recommended Reliable. I called and explained my situation and ask if they could help. It was obvious the individual I spoke with and communicated with Andrew. I'm very pleased and will call Reliable when I need a plumber.

Description of Work: I use Reliable Plumbing Service for plumbing service. They have done the plumbing for my whole store and they have also come out to the house. The last time I used them to replace a drain.

+ -1 moreDid not have them come out. Their MINUMUM to show up is $225.
Description of Work: I called to have a toilet installed, replacing a 46 year old toilet. The old toilet had been removed and the bolts in the old flange were unable to be removed. I called on a Saturday. This was a non emergency. I was told to call back in 30 minutes if tech did not call. He did not. I called back. A technician promptly called back and told me they charged $225/hour. When I asked how long this would take, he said "within the hour but we're still going to charge you $225". I did not ask them to come out. This was a simple job for them and to have a minumum of 225 when I had done MOST of the work seemed outrageous.

+ -1 moreThey were great and they are good, honest plumbers. They are a little expensive but the work and them showing up makes up for it. The contractor was always on time each day he came and it took him about four days to complete the job.
Description of Work: Reliable Plumbing installed a shower from scratch in the bathroom and also four low flow toilets in the bathrooms.
