We had a very similar experience as another individual that provided a review. The plumber recommended by the contractor was excellent. Curtis from Plumbtastic was professional and did a great job. The superintendent named Spencer that worked for the contractor did a very poor job. For example, he was supervising the installation of our granite countertops, and the holes for the faucet were drilled incorrectly because he gave the wrong direction to the installers. Then, it took weeks to get the granite replaced. We had antique brass door knobs that disappeared and the contractor claimed we had talked about replacing them, so we had to buy all new door hardware in addition the the contractor’s bid. We also had to install the new hardware after the doors were painted. The contractor didn’t clean up, the quality of the work was sloppy and unsatisfactory, and for the most part they didn’t care. We later learned that the grout was not finished under the refrigerator. We had new tile installed in one of the bathroom showers and the grout was unsatisfactory, looked terrible and was cracked and chipping all over as well as sloppily and unevenly smeared all over the tile. We tried to get Spencer to fix it, however he told us that was all he could do. We tried to communicate with Steven that we were unhappy, particularly with Spencer and his work. Steven continued to send him back to try to fix it. At the end of the project we were exhausted from dealing with Spencer. Not only did the tile/grout look terrible, but we discovered a leak that was caused because they used grout rather than caulk around the bathtub. We had one of the bathtubs refinished, but it was done poorly. We just recently hired Greater DFW Porcelain Refinishers, they repaired the leak, removed the cracked grout, refinished the tub and now it looks brand new. As another reviewer mentioned, Steven wasn’t concerned about problems we expressed about the job and didn’t make any effort to resolve the issues despite our requests. I would not recommend this company.

Curtis from Plumbtastic was professional and did a great job.The worker sent by contractor to cut out opening for range did a fair to poor job in my opinion. If I weren't replacing the countertops I would probably be upset. The painter who came to repair Sheetrock from gas line insertion did an excellent job. My main aggravation was with Steven, the contractor. His overall lack of concern about the job. He never contacted me to see if I was pleased or not, never came to see the finished job. The first worker sent out was late and I had to call to find out when he might be there. I have asked Steven to email me a receipt and have yet to receive it. The cost ended up being more than what we had discussed as well. I have asked for a painting bid from Steven,as the painter did such a great job, for a new project. But, have yet to hear back from him. I won't recommend him to any friends and won't be calling him again. I gave him a B but it is definitely a B minus.

I had contacted SEVEN (7) different contractors off Angie's List and asked them to give me a bid to present to my insurance company. Quality Contracting and one (1) other contractor presented me with a proposal. Even the contractor who originally laid the flooring ignored my requests and refused to provide me a proposal to present to my insurance company. Quality Contracting's crew did an EXCELLENT job replacing the laminate flooring including the transition strips into the bedrooms without laminate flooring. I had water damage in the guest bathroom and they replaced the vanity and repaired the sheet rock and repainted where needed. The repaired the hole in the wall in the laundry area where the other contractor left open and painted that wall. Quality Contracting's crew would arrive on time and on one occasion stayed late to complete installation of the plumbing in the guest bathroom. It took this crew three (3) days to complete my projects. I had one last request and asked them to paint the wine cabinet they had repaired to match the white baseboards. The crew returned after the week-end and painted the wine cabinet and it looks GREAT!! I was very, very pleased with the quality of work done and Quality Contracting worked within my budget and the claim allowance of my insurance company. I would recommend Quality Contracting and I want to THANK Kevin and his crew for the excellent job they did on my home.

The contact provided by Quality Contracting Services promptly scheduled an appointment with me the next day. The contact was timely with the appointment. He explained the work to be done in detail and he pointed out to me how he would do the work, the time involved in the repair, and when he could do the job. He will come to my home this weekend, weather permitting, to do the job. The job is to repair holes in the brick outside my home (from foundation repair) with mortar and bricks to keep out squirrels, rats, etc. during the winter months. It was a good experience and I would recommend Quality Contracting Services for a job well done, and to his contact, Brick Man, for following through for Quality Contracting Services. I will do another review after the job is completed.

The job was consisted of extending two walls which included framing, sheet rocking, tape and bedding, texture, and painting. The French doors had already been spray painted before they were installed. After the doors and trim were installed it looked as if it was built with the house. Everything was completed according to schedule. Absolutely excellent work!!!!!

I called QCS and set up an appointment. The person who was supposed to come to provide a quote didn't show up and they didn't call. I don't understand why we have to badger people to come out to give quotes and possibly make a lot of money. I have know idea what happened to customer service. Very disappointed.

Actually I did not use them so there’s no actual review on the service, but they did come out and quote. They were very receptive, prompt to respond, and professional.

They are always professional and on time. We have used Steven and his group for years.

Steven did a wonderful job and was very emphathetic regarding the negative experience I had with the previous contractor. He ended up having to replace much of the substandard work done by the previous contractor. He understood perfectly what I wanted and he and his staff worked diligently to complete my project as soon as possible. The completed project was EXACTLY what I had wanted and expected to get with the first contractor. His staff is VERY professional and I was extremely pleased. He and his staff consistently went above and beyond my expectations to complete the job. He used high quality materials and the end result was very professional. He has high expectaions for his work and his employees and did a great job keeping timelines. I was pleased with the attention to detail and the high standards for the completed project. This company restored my trust in the process and I have gone to vowing NEVER to undergo any remodeling project again to looking forward to other projects. I would trust this company to work on any project I might have in the future. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who has had a negative experience with contractors previously.

We have used Quality Contracting Services for several years and have been very satisfied with all the jobs we have requested them to do. We have had interior painting done outside painting, refinishing wooden front doors/hardwood floors and many other handyman jobs throughout the years. Very reliable and trustworthy.

The contractor, Steven Williford, did an excellant job understanding how I wanted to design the room. We talked in detail as to how I wanted the custom designs to look. After we signed the contract, it took only about 4 weeks for completion. Steven always answered my phone calls and any questions I had concerning the progress of the job. Jessie is a fantastically excellent professional carpenter and handyman to work with, as well as the other handmen. It was a preasure working with they guys and I highly recommend them to anyone wanting to update or remodel their home.

Steven is on time!!!! I respect workers who give me a time frame and stick with it. I definitely recommend this company
