I got a call from the company and left a message. I called back and he was very professional and courteous. So right then i scheduled him to come down to my place to check the system. He was on time as promised. It looks like he fixed the problem but have to wait for a day or two even though he said good to go.

Closed on my house and I had Pretty Cool come out and service my unit. Prompt service, knowledge, and a reasonable price. After a few days, my AC still wasnt cooling, so I had a 2nd ac man come out to check out my unit Freon was low.

Joseph quoted a blower replacement over the app. He gave a much more reasonable quote than my original quote from another heater technician. Joseph was prompt on responding, communication went well back and forth. He showed up on time and completed the work. Will use him again.
