+ -1 moreEverything went great except that they couldn't seem to identify and fix why one of our new showerheads has very low water flow rates.
Description of Work: Plumb Unique installed a tankless water heater for us and on a later trip, they did a few quick fixes on some minor plumbing problems including a backstop for a one shower and adjusting the water flow in another shower.

+ 1 moreI texted them, expecting to get no response. John has his ear piece in his ear almost all the time, and he is so responsive. I turned off the water until they came out. They fixed the piping for me, and did a bunch of other repairs. They have also done some remodeling work for me. They are very trustworthy. I have seen them take the time to do work that other plumbers would not do. He was able to figure out what was wrong with my toilet when other plumbers could not. They are a bunch of top shelf guys. They have done work for me at my house, and my rental properties. I will not call anyone else, and their attention to detail is amazing. They even text when they are on their way, and will give updates along the way. I have been using them since about 2012, and would/have recommended them to other people.
Description of Work: A pipe had busted in our back house above the garage during the weekend. It was freezing outside, and had caused the pipe to burst.

Most recently, I had a water heater replaced. My residential service contract provider could not provide a unit that would fit without major renovations. Plumb Unique not only had a solution, but they were able to have a unit installed same day service.
Description of Work: I have used this company for a bath remodel and plumbing repairs. I am a Realtor, and Plumb Unique is my number one plumbing referral for all my clients.

Description of Work: I am a Realtor and have used Plumb Unique for my clients as well as my own home. I used this plumber to plumb my bathroom remodel and they did a fantastic job. Recently I had to have my water heater replaced. My residential service contract could not provide a water heater that would fit in the space, so I used a cash-out to hire Plumb Unique as they had no issue finding a replacement.
