On Christmas eve, no a mice was stirring, but a rat was in our cookie decoration cabinet above the fridge that we had not used since last Christmas. My wife screamed when faced with the fellow while reaching for sprinkles and called me. I unsuccessfully battled him for days. Pride would not let me call. Plus it was Christmas. But, I finally called when all my fancy traps did not work. He said attic was infested put out bait and gave critical advice on how to be successful with my traps. Days later the rats were laying outside dead just as he said. Mark is awesome. There is no contract required. The stand by their work and will keep coming back until an issue is solved. We have used them for years.

Always on time, professional, and perform a great job. We've never had any issues except when our seasons change and they are always willing to come out to re-apply if needed.

After a termite inspection revealed an infestation, I solicited bids from several pest control comanies. Pest-Tex had the lowest bid among all the companies solicited. Steve came out and applied a Termidor treatment to exterminate the termites. He trenched around the foundation and drilled holes in the porch and patio for the Termidor treatment. Afterwards, the cleanup was thorough and professionally done. A few months later, I noticed some damage along the baseboard. Steve returned to treat that area at no additional charge.

I love them! They are professional, on-time, and friendly. The price is very reasonable and I think that they always do a good job. They come about once a year and do an inspection for termites in addition to their regular services.
