+ 0 moreI had heard good things about this company from the Angie's List reviews. I contacted Jeff over the phone and explained that I wanted laminate flooring for my new house. I asked about a specific date and time for an estimate. He said ok without seeming to check his calendar or anything. He told me to text him the address and the date and time, which I did as soon as we hung up. I was thinking that most professional companies have some type of scheduling service or assistant to send you emails or text confirming the information. Why was I being asked to text him the info? Anyway he replied Yes, I will be there. The afternoon before the scheduled estimate I texted him to confirm, and got no reply. The morning of the estimate, I texted and called him, no reply. He never showed up, never replied or offered an apology or reason for not showing up. I would caution you before using a company that schedules estimates like this. I felt like I was the least of his priorities. This is what happens when companies become popular and successful, they forget about customer service. I wouldn't recommend.
