Manny came over and gave us a quote. We agreed on a time and a price. He said he'd be back at 9am the next morning. He didn't call and he didn't show. Draw your own conclusions.

We had a bit of confusion in the beginning but Manny made it right and came in the morning and completed the job to my satisfaction. Work was completed in three hours. Quick ,efficient and great work.

Had a leak in a washing machine drain pipe feeding into the kitchen sink drain pipe that was repaired, leaving a 4â x 4â hole in the wall.  Manny came out the evening that I first requested a pro from Angiâ s list.  He gave me a quote on the spot and said he could work me in the next day.  His quote was reasonable as I had checked what a repair like this should be so we agreed to his price.   Since we were without a kitchen sink I was interested in a quick repair.  He and a helper came out the next day and repaired the hole.  He not only repaired the pipe exposure hole but extended the repair to two other parts of the wall that would have been covered by the cabinets so I was not as concerned by that damage.  I am pleased with his work and with the speed at which it was accomplished.  Heâ s been in business for many years and had many five star reviews.  I add mine to that list.   We have other repairs he noted while giving us an estimate, so as the budget becomes available, we will call on him again.
