Robin provides excellent cleaning services. Linens changed, bathrooms scrubbed spotless, wood floors with no dust or dog track marks, wood blinds totally dusted, kitchen clean and sanitized, and basically there is nothing her employees will not do. They truly are the best in the business and for their services, the price is extremely reasonable.

Due to the inclement weather recently, the cleaning time was rescheduled for today, Saturday, at 2:30 PM. I was in the garage up until 2:15. At that point, I came in and went to the front door to unlock it. I looked out, and no one was there. I assumed that they were on the way. However, when I checked my text messages, I saw that, according to the messages, they had gotten there early (no forewarning), waited for 20 minutes, and then left. The appoint time was 2:30, and they did not even wait until that time before leaving. I do appreciate the times when they get to the house early, but also would expect to be informed of that. They did not. Besides, at 2:15 I was inside the house, had looked out the front door, and no one was there. They had apparently gotten there quite early and decided to leave. I thought that by going inside the house at 2:15, that I would be there to let them in, but I was wrong. By 2:15 they had already left! We have a large breed dog that we put in daycare while they clean. There are reasons for this, one being that she has behavioral issues and would be in the way. Daycare for the dog costs $25. When I was texted with there "we were there, you weren't" message, I told them that each time they come, the dog goes into daycare. So I'm out $25 today. When I brought that up, they refused to reimburse, and instead said that they would charge $40 for the trip charge to return (which I was told they couldn't do anyway that day). She made it all sound like it was my fault, and she was the innocent party. Yet, I WAS THERE BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT TIME. They had already left by 2:15. I do not appreciate being made to feel that I am the one who "dropped the ball," when I was actually the other way around. She did offer to come by on Monday, but has yet to give me any of her available times.

I have used their services off and on for about two years. Robin, the owner, is really responsive. I am pleased with their services.

We live here premanently now for the last year. Her crews work hard but they are never on time . After using her for 4 years I thought I might get a permant time. After calling Robin , I found her rude and inconsiderate. You would tihink after spending almost $12,000, I could get about the same time each week. I will not recommend her ever again.

The house cleaning went well. They showed up on time, and when they said they would - 9am. They cleaned the entire house. We have them on a recurring schedule.
