Work quality was great. Time management was crap they said 3 days. More like 3 months! Still not finished! They started 2nd week of January...it’s freakin March and still not done! They said someone would show up between 930 and 1030 today....********! The left me a message at 1700! These idiots also said they could do my countertops for a good price....sure but I don’t want to be kitchenless for 3 bloody months! **** company.

Jordan Restoration sent someone out, but he said they would need to send a couple of other people out to look at the pier and beams and flooring that was damaged. That was on March 14th and haven't heard anything back even though I called and left messages. The man didn't seem to know what to say about the repairs or anything. This was just a big waste of my time when I need help ASAP. I would never recommend them. Maybe due to my having insurance coverage for this?

It went very well. After he got there and investigated the issue that I thought I had, I really didn't have an issue. So, I didn't use his service beyond that initial visit. It was very prompt and they were very professional. It was a very good experience. I didn't have to pay any more.

It was fine. They just basically looked at it and told me what needed to be fixed. I thought the camera inspection is to inspect the sewer line. Maybe they just did the introduction to fix something for you and it doesn't really mean they'll fix something but it was fine. There was no additional charge.

They were prompted professional in replacing the old dishwasher in the home that we just bought. We also had them add a garbage disposal and the plumber was very friendly and cleaned up after himself.

As a matter of fact part of my roof was a flat roof but they were able to make it into a peak roof. It looks really nice. They took everything with them even the trash.

Eric was the first person from Jordan Restoration that I met in person. He showed up to look at the work we had in mind and set up the contract. The visit-to-contract took only 3 days to set up and the next day the rest of the team was at my house to begin work. The carpet work was repaired with a couple hours and the stair was removed so they could make a "clone" and replace it. As with the other jobs, Larry was right on time to come finish up the stairs. He even took the time to replace a piece that was not part of the original scope. When it was all done, the carpet was perfect and the stair replacement was very well done. They managed to get the wood color to match almost exactly to the original stairs. Overall, I would highly recommend Jordan Restoration and will use them for all my future needs as well!

He was a No Show....when I called him 45 minutes after our scheduled appointment time he said "oh, I forgot".

I was actually referred to this company via the AAA Texas Contractor Connection, unfortunately they do not service my reverse osmosis system or whole house water softener system but they did provide me with a referral for service. I am happy they were honest and up front regarding what they can and or can not do.

After a house fire in May 2008, ins. co. recommended Jordan to do the rebuild. They initially told us it would be 90 days to complete. It took them 16 months. During the rebuild - * they often would not return phone calls * they left the property unsecured and several things were stolen (pool cleaner, other things) * they built or installed many things "crooked" which had to be redone - mirrors/sinks/lights not aligned, window sills crooked, installed an electrical outlet into a window sill rather than below it, crooked lines wherever 2 walls come together, did not secure the stair railing, it wobbled back and forth. These are just some of the things we found during construction and had them correct. * threw trash in the pool and all in the yard. * left glass and trash in the yard * failed inspections repeatedly Things that we discovered after retaking possession of the house - *When we had the gas turned on, atmos informed us that the furnace had no connection to the gas - had to call a plumber to come install the connection for it prior to getting gas turned on. *Electrical system outside doesn't work - some kind of recurring problem with gfi *Several electrical outlets inside the house just do not work, even though the breakers are fine. *A/C condensation drain pipe apparently was not connected to anything - eventually caused a leak which ruined a ceiling and required a plumber to come connect things up correctly. *Pedestal sink bowls not bolted to wall, they just wobble around on top of the pedestals. *Heating unit upstairs completely non-functional. *Sprinkler system control box did not work properly, had to be replaced. *Pool plaster was ruined from all the trash and brick dust contractors threw into pool, had to be replaced. *Deck had power washer marks all over it, had to be replaced. *We can hear all the street traffic all the time as if the windows are open - but they are not. The house was well-sealed and quiet prior to the rebuild. They did an ok job on the kitchen cabinets and bath tile. They do provide a 5 year warranty but our experience with them was so bad that we have not contacted them about any issues because we really don't want them anywhere near our house. I have pictures of some of these things, if anyone is interested.

I recently bought a rental home which was missing some shingles. Jordan was in the neighborhood inspecting the roofs. Since it is a rental and my did new insurance did not cover they replaced the shingles for a good price and did a nice job. They cleaned up after the job was done. I will certainly hire them without a heart beat in the future.

.We were very happy with their work. They did a really good job of cleaning up the yard. They were really fast. They were on time and here when they were supposed to be.

My insurance company recommended this restoration company to fix storm damage done to my house. The painting crew made unauthorized long distance calls and it appears that they also stole numerous items from the house. Long cherished and irreplaceable items from my husband, like his wallet and its contents, as well as my 47 year old engagement ring were missing after the crew left. I contacted the owners about the calls and missing items in an attempt to rectify the matter, but the owners consistently blew me off by failing to return my calls and having no sense of urgency to address the apparent thefts and misdeeds of its crew. This experience has severely frightened me and damaged my sense of trust and security. I have felt so violated and ignored by this company that I have retained a lawyer to handle the issue. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Excellent work - our kitchen looked like new again.

I was referred to them by my insurance company. I was very pleased and impressed with their work. They have foremen who coordinate everything and a manager too. The foreman who worked with us was very good. There was a little issue with one of the sub-contractors and he took a hold of the situation and fixed it. I would use them again in a heart beat. They followed up on everything and if there was a little problem, the foreman took care of it. They were great!

THE SERVICEMAN WAS VERY NICE. HE WAS ON TIME AND THE PRICE WAS GOOD.
