All the work was done in a timely manner and my husband and I are extremely satisfied. Mr. Rupe has been doing work for us at least 2-3 years and we always have been very sastified. He is very knowledgable in many areas of carpentry and gets the repairs done in a very professional and friendly manner. The Rupe's are wonderful, kind, honest people and I would recommend their company to anyone!

I am a detail-oriented guy who will research & wait a while before making a move on large ticket items. If you are like me (and even if you aren?t), then you will appreciate what Ed and his company (Integrity Concepts, LLC) bring to the table. He was previously in the custom home business and has now brought those skills, contacts, attention to detail, and certified subcontractors to his remodeling business. Ed was referred to me by a work colleague who recently had his kitchen redone. He came over and listened to our needs, asked several thought-provoking questions that other contractors had not and took measurements. We wanted him to replace tile countertops with 3 cm. granite; replace backsplash; install two new under-mount sinks; take out & rebuild cabinet section to bring electricity to and house our microwave (previously taking up space on counter); install new wood cabinet doors and drawer fronts; refinish & stain all cabinetry (inside & out); wrap a large unsightly cedar pillar with wood & molding; and paint the kitchen walls, trim, & pillar. Ed quickly provided us with a detailed calendar showing that entire project would only take 2 weeks! He finished a ? day after deadline ? Saturday afternoon instead of Friday evening ... not a problem. Ed and his son-in-law did the demolition and moved & unhooked/hooked-up all appliances. As I mentioned, his subs weren?t random ? all had 15+ years of experience and accreditations (i.e. Master Electrician, etc.). House was clean every night which was very important to us as we have two little children with asthma issues. Painters were very careful to tape off & seal the entire area before even starting with their portion of the job. Ed was great about emailing or texting us daily with updates & pictures. He would be there when we got home to walk us through the day?s activities and point out items for the next day?s activities. He brought up idea of bringing the electrical outlets closer to the countertops & making them horizontal; adding under-cabinet lighting (cool!); and adding extra light to a cabinet that had glass doors. There were also several issues (drywall repair, etc.) that he completed without charge. Ed was very accommodative of our schedule when going to pick our granite, backsplash, etc. He also collaborated well with our designer. Our final punch list was very small. He came back to complete the items before final payment. Our job may have been small to Ed, but he treated us like A+ clients. We are grateful to have run into him and wish him the best.

Our windows work great and we are even saving on our ac cost. These guys did what that they said, finished on time and cleaned up completely. Every one of their guys was neet and curteous and showed up when they were supposed to.

Integrity Concepts people helped us with products, pricing and ideas. They told us one month for the project and they finished right on time. Our experience with them and their work was wonderful.
