+ -1 moreTHE SALES REPRESENTATIVE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE PRODUCT. THE WINDOW INSTALLERS WERE PROMPT AND CLEAN. THEY WERE COURTEOUS AND THEY TOOK THE TIME TO ANSWER MY QUESTIONS. THEY WERE ALSO KIND ENOUGH TO MAKE SURE THAT I KNEW HOW TO PROPERLY WORK MY NEW WINDOW.
