+ -1 moreI was in California when they took care of this, and everything went as planned. It was within a few cents of the original quoted price. He had sent me an e-mail by the end of the day with the inspection information and everything pointed out that I needed.
Description of Work: Dale Robertson did a home inspection once it was in escrow. He also brought a termite inspector with him so I didn't have to wait for that to be done.
