Jonah's subcontractor showed up on time with the windows and and people to install. They began removing the old windows and placing the new windows. They began in front and proceeded across the front of the house and down the side. A total of 8 windows were replaced. They cleaned each hole before installing the windows and cleaned up all of the trash and took the old windows away when finished. Jonah and the sub-contractors he works with are all professional and all work together to make sure the job is done right.

Jonah helped me with a short fused job. ( one day notice) His people worked very fast and did excellent work. Would recommend to anyone

Jonah came to our house in April to measure and give us a quote on a full kitchen remodel, master bath remodel, and new flooring. We also had a few other projects we needed to get done as well. The first time he was very informative and understanding of our time frame and told me he needed to get a cabinet guy over to do final measurements before he could quote us. Well a week and half goes by and I don't hear from him. I call and he says he still needs the cabinet guy to come out and measure, so we schedule something for that Sunday. Jonah comes over and they spend another 2 hours doing the measurements and talking to my wife about the project. After they left we were looking forward to his proposal because he seemed to know his stuff and was very understanding of our budget and time. A week later, I get a call from Jonah stating that our house is too far for their project and that he is going to turn down the job. This didn't sit well with us because we are very busy people and he could have told us from the start that our house was too far from him instead of wasting our time. If someone wants to use Galaxy Builders in the future, make sure that they are not too far from your house before you go wasting your time too.

Never got back with me after emails and phone calls.

The quality of the finished product was excellent. All workers were professional and trustworthy and Jonah was very responsive to my concerns and needs.

HOW IT WAS DONE_|As soon as I purchased the voucher to have my bathtub wall tiles fixed, the manager at Galaxy immediate called and made a follow up appointment to view the project before hand. At the first meeting, he carefully observed, measured the bathroom, he listened and addressed all my concerns and provided all instructions required to prepare for the project (I was to select and purchase the tile and the faucet set for a $350 credit from Galaxy). The date and duration estimates were given. The manager called and reminded me again when the appointment date was near. On the agreed date, the crew arrived on time. They were very polite and very careful not to let dirt spread out in the house during the entire duration of the project. The project was completed on time (4 days) and was well within budget. The work quality was superb. __|I am very pleased with the quality of the job as well as the high degree of professionalism that Galaxy demonstrated on this project. Galaxy has helped getting my bathroom fix project completed fast and (feel like) easy (of course it is not!). Needless to say, this company is very well recommended to anyone who need a bathtub/bathroom remodeled. They are very reliable, highly experienced, and professional. They are simply one of the bests that you can find in the market.

Jonah came out in person to set up the job. He sent a crew to take out a marble shower, marble tub and tille in the hall bath. New concrete showerpan was built tor the big shower. New walls were installed prior to retiling the showers. The tile setter did an excellent job of placing the tile with no gaps or errors. The crew cleaned up each evening and did a great final clean-up. These showers are totally awesome and the craftsmanship was excellent. Jonah checked in often for quality assurance and the crew was easy to work with.

They were reasonably priced. They were very good about coming back and fixing anything and any problems that we had. They were very responsive in coming back and making any changes we requested. They did those free of charge.

Responsiveness and communications were great. Work site was kept as clean as can be expected at the end of each work day. The primary diverter valve failed when its secondary valve was removed, causing water leakage. This was handled quickly, resulting in only minimal, temporary damage. Work lasted four days with one technician for three, and two for the final day. Results were excellent.

Jonah, the owner of the business, was right on time to talk to me about his product and give me an estimate for the work I needed done. He was very upbeat and professional and I enjoyed visiting with him very much. He was the first of three companies I interviewed and that may have hurt his chances of securing the job since I became more knowledgeable about what to look for in the product and what questions to ask. Galaxy also provides remodeling services and will definitely consider them for future projects.

The bathroom remodel went very smooth and they addressed every issue I had. They did the job as planned and on time. The crew was very cooperate and respectable. They address all of my issues and made sure I was satisfied completely. I am planning on using them again for my other bathroom remodel. The pricing is excellent and Jonah is very professional and great to do business with.

We have been in market to purchase windows for quite a while. After talking to Galaxy for their windows, we have decided to go forward for the following easons; quality of the window is superb, they come in all types of color combinations, it has triple warranty: Lifetime, transferable and glass breakage warranty. The price in our analysis compared to other 3 companies was an average 38% below competitors, above all the professionalism in presentation was superb. highly recommended.

Mr. Jonah came in personally to understand the requirements and worked very well with our budget restrictions . We extended our Fence and built a Elevated deck ( 10' x 10 ' ) on your backyard in accordance to IRC 2012 . Excellent Craftmenship, courteous and attention to every details was presented .Appreciate the very quick turn around time to complete the job . Thanks to Jonah & team for helping us out .

I would definitely recommend Galaxy Building Services, Mesquite, TX. They were very prompt in calling me back and following up to make sure I received my quote and to be sure all my questions were answered. We ran out of time to order the 9' custom patio sliding door. Jonah sent me the address to go take a look at the showroom where they build the windows and doors. I really appreciated this since seeing how the door's tracks were answered my questions. I thought their prices were good and the quality excellent. I will have them quote the window replacement for my house when we get ready to start that project in the future. We were almost done with our rent house remodel and could not wait for the custom door to be built. But their time quotes of 2 weeks was faster than the 3-4 weeks from the other places. Also, his price was about 1/3 the cost too.
