Description of Work: Our hot heater went out and they replaced it for us. They were on time, explained the work in advance and we were very happy.

Description of Work: Would not ever use them again. The work was shoddy, trash was left under sinks, and the prices charged were exorbitant. They also said I needed a new sewer line ($17K), but the plumber that came in to correct their work said I did not need a new one. They did not even know exactly where the sewer line ran under the house even though they said that they used a camera. Shysters!

Description of Work: Replaced hot water heater. This company is excellent. They are prompt and know what they are talking about. They also take great care in not making a mess. I have and will continue to recommend this company.

+ -1 moreThey were clean, nice guys and wore booties on their feet in my house. They came out the first day and said that with the type of floor I have it was difficult to find the leak. They thought the leak was in couple places, but wasn't sure. They said they would need to cut into the wall or trench under the house. On that Friday I decided to have them do the work, but to hold off until after I had a second opinion. On Monday morning their crew showed up at my house and 7:45 am and I hadn't asked them to do the work yet.
