When the work crew from this company arrived at my home, they broke our mailbox post and damaged the mailbox with their truck door. The driver apologized and said that he would try to fix it when he completed the plumbing work. When he discovered that it could not be permanently repaired, he propped the mailbox post up with plumbing pipes on each side, wrapped it with metal wiring, and then left. We called the office and relayed the situation to them, and the driver came back to take pictures. He changed his story, saying that he had not actually hit the mailbox, but just walked past it and it fell over. This is not true. We called the office again to discuss the situation with the manager and was told he would call us back. After three more calls over the period of a week, we finally got a call back. The manager was rude and actually laughed at my wife when she explained the situation. He said they would not repair\replace the mailbox and post.

Found & located several leaks on sewer lines.Employees were on time & very polite. They explained the work they were performing, put down tarps to protect our floors, even let my 10 yr old ask questions.

They are very honest and professional. I would recommend them to others.

We have had issued over 6 months with a leak. A different company came out and did a pressure test but couldn't find the leak. A leak detection company came out and looked with an IR camera and couldn't find a leak. Another plumber scoped the drain piped in our laundry room and couldn't find anything and he referred us to Flow Plumbing. We were skeptical because so many others came and couldn't come to a consensus about what was happening. They showed up promptly at the appointed time and were courteous and professional. After explaining the history of the problem and evaluating the visual damage, they concluded that the leak must be behind the wall and it would have to be cut open. We asked if they could get started immediately and they could so they cut a small hole behind our washer and discovered a cracked drain pipe which the AC's condensation was also draining into and spilling out of when the AC was on! We were thrilled that they not only found the problem but repaired it quickly. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing work.

Another plumbing company sent them out to locate leaks under out slab foundation. It took a day and a half to locate all the leaks. I most likely will be hiring them to do the repairs. I was very impressed with them.

Originally, they surmised that the leak was outside under the yard, but one gentleman pulled rank and said the leak was under my slab. Thus, they tore up part of the slab, but no leak was to be found. Ultimately, they found the leak where they had originally thought it would be and repaired it.

The technician that the company sent worked very hard all day. However, my plumber was unable to find any major leaks that the technician claimed to have located. In the end, this cost me quite a bit of money and unnecessarily so.

Everything went well with the service, but it was expensive. Additionally, they charged me for a second trip to address the same problem which I did not appreciate.

It didn't go very well. They completely missed all of the leaks that were below my house, and my hvac company actually found the leaks later on. Ultimately, the company refunded my money because it had done such a poor job.

We had gotten an estimate from a less expensive plumber, but after we bought the toilet and tried to contact him to come do the installation, he would never return our phone calls. We called Flow Plumbing and they sent someone out that very day when it wasn't even an emergency. Their price was not too much higher than the other plumber anyway, so we were very pleased with Flow Plumbing. They worked quickly and finished the job in less time than they thought it would take, so the actual cost was a little less than first quoted. That was a nice surprise.

I was very pleased with the service received and the professionalism shown from Flow Plumbing. For a short period of time I had to leave the two men alone in my home while I went to an appointment, and I felt comfortable doing so. After receiving the results of the home check, I now feel okay about proceeding with further improvements on our home.

Plumbers were knowledgable and professional. Job took 9 days, and it helped that the house was vacant at the time, but they cleaned up every day when they left. They kept us informed about progress and if changes had to be made.

On Feb. 4, 2013, Al Pintor arrived to investigate a potential leak. He was very experienced, extremely knowledgeable, and I felt very comfortable having him in my home. He went right to work, performed tests in two bathrooms, and resolved the problem. Everything was neat and clean when he left. He was careful to cover his shoes. It should be noted that we had a couple of scheduling issues but his service and expertise were worth waiting for. I highly recommend Flow Plumbing and will not hesitate to use them again.

I liked the plumber that came out, but the company wanted too much money for the job.

It was a wonderful experience from my initial telephone call to the completion of the job. The plumber and his assistant arrived on time and worked diligently until the job was done. They were professional, focused and made certain not only that everything was working properly but that everything was back in place and clean before they left. I will certainly use them again and highly recommend them.

This was an excellent company. I was impressed with the way they talked about their company and the owner. I also had them up grade and replace my water heater. They did that the following day and brought everything up to current code. This was done by two different techs, but they were equally as good. This was a great experience and I would have them back anytime I need plumbing work done!

Two workers showed up and put covers on shoes before coming in. I showed them the 3 sinks with issues. One sink and the tub, they thought were fine. The other sink they took apart. The unloaded stuff under the sink and after taking out the clog land showing it to me, they replaced everything nicely. It was a lot.

Hugh from Flow Plumbing arrived on time and did his work efficiently. He located our leak, explained to us our options for fixing it and provided info regarding the leak, the plumber would be fixing it. He also gave us information regarding our hot water heater and maintenance. Hugh was very professional, courteous, and helpful.

Hugh, was very professional. He arrived on time, wore shoe covers to protect the floors. Cleaned up after he was finished. Found the leak in less than 30 minutes. Explained options and repairs. Highly recommend this company !

On 5/10/2011 the work started as agreed. The work required breaking through the concrete slab of the house. They used a jack hammer or equivalent. No effort was made to cover exposed surfaces from the concrete dust. As a result dust covered all exposed surfaces. The time required to complete the project ended up totaling 36 hours and $5,142.00. This exceeded the proposal/contract time by 20 hours and cost by $2,084.00. The terms of payment were also violated. After payment of the first 50% the company demanded payment at the end of each work day rather than at completion as stated in the proposal/contract. The thing that really upsets me is after all the work performed is that the sewer system still DOES NOT PASS the hydrostatic test. The sewer system still leaks and the same rate as before the work began. The only good thing about this ordeal is the new toilets work great. I do not recommend this company to do any plumbing work.

Went well. The leak was discovered to be coming in from the roof around an exhaust pipe. Plumber hosed the roof down with water to make sure that was in fact the source of the water.

They were very cordial and helpful in a situation that grew exponentially in its complexity. They worked with me on providing an estimate and in communicating the problem to the insurance company. They spent over a week at our house and were very good to work with. They were very trustworthy and at no time did I feel they were taking advantage of the situation.

We were not impressed with his service. Leak and Line sent us a credit card authorization that we sent out and faxed back to his office. We authorized a preset amount (not to exceed 1.75 hours of work.) At the 1 hour 45 min mark, as agreed, a rep from leak and line called and said that they had found the leak within our time frame and asked if we wanted them to continue searching for more leaks. We declined and said we wanted to fix the current leak ourselves to see if that fixed the problem. They said that was fine. Within 30 minutes, I get a call back from the owner and said our preset amount for 1.75 hours of work would not be suffice and would be charged an extra 30 minutes worth of labor. When I asked why, they said that I had to be charged for the employee to gather his things and write an invoice. My renter claims he was in and out of the house within 1.75 hours and it took him a total of 5 minutes to gather his things. The owner was rude and could care less about his customer.
