+ 0 moreDue to the way my house was sitting and how far away it was from the street, they were not able to reach the blockage; however they advised me to call the City of Garland-Water Department, I did, and they explained to the Water Department where the blockage was. The City came out and hydro-jetted the pipe and it was cleared. I was very impressed with the professionalism of both technicians, Robert and Sebastian, and I will definitely be calling Fixxer Company for all my plumbing needs. Calise
Description of Work: My sewer was line was blocked. As soon as they arrived, they listened as I told them how when my washer was draining water, it started backing-up into my tubs and around the toilets. They looked in the pipes and knew exactly what the problem was. Robert and Sebastian were very polite and answered all my questions.

They promptly returned with parts and fixed the problem, all within 1-1/2 hours. They let me know the cause of the issue and how to remediate the mold issue caused by the problem.
