They were nice, but not completely straightforward. They told me to get an adjuster, but getting an adjuster caused my insurance to fly up like crazy. I would suggest that people ask them about getting an adjuster because of what it did to my insurance.

The provider took great pictures of the roof and told me about the trouble spots and gave me an estimate on how long my roof would last. He told me to keep an eye out for a big deal for a new roof. The repairs that he performed I have been very satisfied with.

Maintenance was performed in a professional & timely manner. Cost of service was very reasonable.

Roof America responded promptly to my request for a bid on this 20' x 12' shop that, years ago, had been added onto the family garage. I felt they gave me honest information about what needed to be done and recommended a quality product to cover the roof. The roof slope is very slight, and I'd been afraid that we'd have to build new trusses to improve the drainage, but I was assured that this was not necessary, and that the product was designed for flat or low-sloping roofs. Although I got bids in the same price range for similar products, I felt that Roof America would give me more services for the price, including attention to the flashing where the roof joined the wall of the garage. Their crew arrived on time, and they were a great bunch of guys. They worked hard and quickly and did an excellent job of installation. I inspected the roof after they were finished and was very satisfied. The men also did a great job of cleaning up all debris and removing it from the property. Now, a couple of months later, I've inspected the roof again, and it looks great. I recently replaced the ceiling in the shop and found absolutely no leaks or problems. Although mine was a small job, Roof American did a very professional job, and I highly recommend them.

WOW!!!! I will highly recommend Ellis Smith Roofing to anyone who needs a great Christian roofing company. Their were fair and honest from the get-go, which was greatly appreciated. When he came out to give the initial quote, Mr. Smith did a thorough job at checking every inch of the roof. He explained it to where I could understand it and never took advantage of the situation at any time. He did exactly what he said he would do. The workers cleaned up and you wouldn't even have known that they were there. Total EXCELLENT service.

We purchased a $199 big deal for inspection and maintenance service plan. They came out, did the inspection, and left a card with some photos.

Provided a thorough report of the state of my roof. My only complaint is the pictures provided were hazy, which made it hard to see things for myself. The assessment was accurate though, as my insurance did replace the roof.

He came out and he spent a very little time. I never did really know exactly what he did and the one little leak that I had that was by garage stop so I know he did something but he wasn't on the roof long enough to seal all the vents and stuff that I thought he was gonna do.

We noticed water in our garage and anticipated a roof leak. I contacted Roof America and made arrangements for Ellis Smith to do an inspection. After arriving promptly, and doing an inspection, Ellis reassured us that the roof was in good shape and pointed out that since our foundation repair was done, the door going out of the back of the garage had shifted and was not closing properly with some cracking to the areas around the door frame. He recommended an easy repair that we could do ourselves. I then asked Ellis about damage to a large skylight that could have occurred during the foundation repair. Ellis inspected the skylight and sealed a few places around it. He also pointed out some squirrel damage (not needing repair) to a sink vent. Ellis was very informative and professional. He did not charge us for this visit (who does that??). We will definitely use Ellis Smith Roofing America for any of our roofing needs in the future. Thank you very much!

He did exactly what he told us he would do, and gave us a better price than what we thought it would be.

As is so often the case, one buys the service and then forgets to spursue hte deal purchased. Advice to others: call as son as you buy the service.

Ellis, Seemed very eager to get my re-roofing job at first , he came out and looked at my roof and said he would get back with an estimate for the job the next day. Four days later (out of curiosity) I called him back to see what happened to my estimate and he said he was real busy and had 5 other jobs to bid ahead of mine, and he would have my estimate in a few days! Well I immediately called another roofing company (Scott Exteriors) and gave the job to them! Here it is the 9th and still no estimate ......the other company finished my job yesterday. I would never tell anyone to call Ellis Smith Roofing

Our carport roof had been severely damaged due to weather over the years and needed to be replaced. Ben came to our house and inspected the damage. He went over the roof and toook note of all the detailed items I mentioned to him. The work was delayed by wet weather, but they came out and started immediately when weather permitted. The had the old roof ripped off, replaced several support rafters and had the new roof on in one day. The next day the crew came back out to do some touch-ups and clean up. They did a great job on everything. When the painters arrived, they scraped the old paint and power-washed the area. When it dried, they immediately began painting. Due to time constraints (on my part) they even came back out on a Sunday to finish the job! We are very pleased with the professionalism and flexibility provided. I would definitely use them again for any type of roofing repairs.

I called Ellis and he responded very quickly. He came to my house within a couple of hours. He repaired the shingles and did an inspection of the rest of the roof. I'm very pleased with his work and professionalism. I have used him before and would highly recommend him to anyone.

My husband ended up finding a friend to do the job, but I would call Ellis Smith back again if I needed additional work done. He was very professional and explained everything.

I am very late in reviewing my experience with Ellis Smith Roof America. I contacted Ellis because of a coupon he was running for roof inspections. There had been hail in our neighborhood in the last few months and I wanted to make sure there wasn't any damage. Ellis was prompt, professional, courteous and honest. He inspected our roof and found no damage. We will call Ellis again when/if we have any roofing issues.

Scheduling was very easy. The provider was punctual, honest and provided me with a good service and a good customer experience. The entire roof was inspected with results documented with annotated photographs (emailed to me). I also had specific concerns about driving rain getting under rubber boots on risers. His inspection confirmed the some of the rubber boots were deteriorated due to age and weathering though some were in good shape. Those in poor condition were replaced. There was a small additional cost for the new rubber boots. Those deemed to still be in good shape were resealed. Having already been on the roof myself, I agreed completely with his assessment. However, he also provided before and after digital photos for areas where work had been done.

I got a coupon. They are very good and very thorough. They did adequate inspection. They were professional and prompt. I would recommend them. If I need a roof in the future, then I might use them.
