Sometimes the lawn mower would start; sometimes it would not; sometimes it would start and then stop. I took it in 3 different times. Each time, I explained that it sounded as though the battery was low, even though I charged it regularly. I was told that the problem was that I simply did not know how to operate the mower. That I needed to give it more gas. The repairman strongly indicated that being a woman, I would not understand how it worked. I asked that the battery be replaced and that I would pay for it, no questions asked. He refused. I took it to another shop. They replaced the battery. The mower starts and runs like a new one, even though I still am a woman.
