I own a window cleaning company and broke a designer light fixture and needed it to be fixed as soon as possible because it was in a place importance. I placed 3 calls on separate days within the same week to this company and they never returned any of the calls. I even stated that it was an urgent matter that needed to be fixed. Evidently they are so busy that they didn't need my business, so I ended up calling another company.

They were on time, professional, and worked efficiently to complete our long list of items within the time frame we agreed upon. We will definitely use these guys again!

Overall, it was good. Louis is so nice, professional and precise on all his work. He helped a lot with decisions and was an expert at what he did. I did have to extend the job to get it complete which did cost almost what I had originally paid (Orig $400 -8hours plus $300 for an hour and a half which was unfortunate). But, Louis' work was so good that I feel ok about what I paid.

Great. Lara coordinated with our plumber, reviewed water heater specs, and arrived prepared with the correct materials.

The electricians were good, although one was more of a junior person and took longer. They were both pleasant and finished without any complaints. the deal was $135 for two hours, although it took 30 longer and I ended uppaying for for the 30 minutes than I paid for the deal. That did bother me somewhat. So, I ended up paying $285

Make sure you verify where light fixtures are being placed, charged 150 (set charge that also went against my allotted hours not incremental) to install an additional 2x4 brace for dinning room chandelier. High mark-up on outlets so if you might have bad ones pre-buy. Pre-buy before install as much as possible even if you think you don't need, this avoids inflated part cost.

The technicians, Louis and Raul, were very efficient, and Louis communicated everything really well with me. Unfortunately, the problem in the bathroom revealed something wrong with the wiring in that part of the house that required quite a bit of effort to make sense out of, and to correct. Louis and Raul worked hard and figured it out. I would gladly recommend them again.

The deal was for 8 hours of work. They sent two electricians for 4 hour block of work. Professional service.

A two man crew arrived at the house around nine in a marked van. Both crewmembers wore company shirts. After introductions we did a walkthrough so that I could explain the list and priorities. I was informed upfront that troubleshooting would be an additional fee (this was not a surprise, as it was clearly indicated in the deal’s “Fine Print”). One started in the garage while the other split off to knock out the smaller jobs. The ceiling fan and the doorbell went smoothly. Based on other work in the attic and various issue with the garage door opener, I suspected the wiring above the garage may be problematic. The ballasts came down no problem. They installed the first outlet in the ceiling and two of the fixtures went up with no issues. The first sign of trouble was a hot neutral wire where the second outlet was going to be installed. Also, a light switch on the opposite wall was tied in and mis-wired for a two switch set up. The crew broke for lunch around noon and we’re back in about half an hour. They let me know that there would be trouble shooting involved (and reminded me that attic work was a separate charge). We agreed on an acceptable price range before they continued. It took the rest of the day, but they untangled the mess, brought the wiring up to code, and installed the outlet and the second set of fixtures. This was a pleasant and professional team. I appreciate the proactive communication and the willingness to explain things and answer questions that weren’t necessarily related to the projects at hand. No upsales or high-pressure tactics. Will use again whenever a project is beyond my skill and/or comfort level.

Received a quote of approx. $1,000 because of the time it would take to do this since some of the wiring had to go through the attic and behind the wall. We declined their offer and had another electric company come out who ended up doing this for less than $200.00 in about an hour and a half.

I would use them again. I didn't feel like they were trying to up charge me on repairing the fan.

This was a big deal purchase for two hours of labor. There was nothing bad to say about them, it is just that the quotes they gave me were high. They gave me a proposal, but all of the work they proposed would have taken longer than the hour I had remaining on my big deal. I was considering having them come back and do one of the things I was considering which was installing a ceiling fan. They did not come out immediately after I purchased the deal. They were good. I don't have anything bad to say about them. They were on time.

They never called me back or emailed me to make or keep an appointment even though I scheduled it at time of purchase

Very happy with the work that was performed. Will definitely use in the future for additional rewiring.
