It was a small job so I was surprised and pleased that Efrain was able to work me into his schedule fairly quickly. I was very very pleased with the work. The space between the door frame and the existing siding wasn't exactly flush and instead of filling it in with caulk, they cut a new piece of siding that tapered so get it matched exactly. Excellent work!

Efrain provided top-notch service. He explained everything thoroughly and came out two days later to do the job. He worked all day Saturday and half of Sunday to complete the job. I am very pleased with the new gutters and the excellent service he provided. I would hire him again.

Efrain came out and gave me an estimate for the repairs. He really seemed to know what he was doing. I did get a couple of more estimates from other contractors but I decided to go with Efrain. He completed the work in a timely manner, cleaned up the area, and the repairs were done exceedingly well. I am very happy with the work of this man and I will call him again for other repairs in the future.

This was a $375 big deal purchase. It took them about three weeks to finally get it in. It leaks like a sieve so I called him. Everywhere you put a joint it just gushed out. It was terrible. He said he would be back out and repair it and I haven't heard from him since. They came out over a week ago. I paid an additional $275. I was not really pleased with them, especially since I questioned them while they were here and he said it would not leak. It did and flooded the whole veranda that we built. I am not really very happy with them right now. When the job was finished it was way overpriced. His responsiveness was very poor.

Called Efrain early in the week and he advised he would be out the next day to give a quote. He drove over 50 miles to provide a free estimate. He provided me with a detailed, written quote and we agreed for the work to be completed in the following week or two. Efrain called me on Saturday of the same week and asked if he could come out and do the work on Sunday. I happily agreed. He arrived on time, was very professional in explaining his process and what work he would complete. The gutters matched the home perfect and he completed the work agreed upon. He cleaned up all areas after the job and it looked like he had never been there. The gutters looked great and we could not be more pleased. I highly recommend EC Gutters. A great job and at a great price.

Efrain was a great contractor to work with and knew his craft. He answered the phone on the first ring and came out to give me an estimate about 3 hours later. That evening he sent me a proposal and the rest is history. He had the color of the gutters spot on with the fascia brackets. Awesome work! Will definitely use them in the future.

Efrain came out the same day I called him to give me a quote. I had about a 16 foot section of gutter that needed to be replaced. I also had some damge from squirls on an arear of my roof that I wanted to be replaced. His price was very fair. He was able to come out the very next day and complete the work. He did a great job and I will definately use him again in the future.

I purchased a $99 special deal for gutter cleaning. He was very punctual. Didn't spend more than 30 minutes cleaning gutters with leaf blower. He could have done a better job of cleaning the gutter debris that the blower sent to the lawn. I had to clean up after he left.

On time arrival for appointment. During cleaning, he noticed a small damaged area on our chimney unrelated to the gutters. He took pictures and told us about it. Very pleased with service and would use them again.

Very punctual, very professional. A heavy rain fell the next day after the cleaning and some areas of the gutter still overflowed. I left a message with the service provider via Angie's list, and I included photos of the over flowing sections of the gutter. I received a prompt, sincere apology. Service provider returned the next day and addressed the problem. I would definitely use this provider again.

The service was great. He was fast and efficient, and obviously working very hard. There were a few sections that had downspouts that went to a french drain and because of the way he cleaned them, these were not a problem either. There was no extra charge for the gutter guards, like it says in the legal print. Also, he made a few minor repairs for no charge. I will definitely use these services in the coming years to ensure my gutters are working effectively. Our house has a very high roof line in a few areas and he was able to take care of these very well.

I bought this deal on Angie's List. It was well worth the $99 spent! My gutters and roof were a mess! The crazy serendipity of this job was that I had hired a tree trimming company the same day, as the tree company was trimming a tree, a huge limb landed on a gutter and dislodged it. EC Gutters repaired it which was not a part of my $99 deal. I am grateful for their service. I will hire them again, the work was perfection!

Efrain did a great job. It took him two days but he replaced my gutters and added larger downspouts for an incredibly reasonable price. He came and did half the work one day and came back and finished the following day, as he said he would. I only got the front and back done, but will be using him when I get my side gutters installed.
